Perfect getaway condo! New carpet, dishwasher, stove/oven. Tucked away in the Ocean Walk complex- with flexible workspace, quiet and private, with a walkout patio to lawn and shade trees. Close to the Village, 5 minutes to beach access. Ocean Walk has TONS of amenities! 2 pools (1 heated), a fishing pond, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, indoor and outdoor ping pong tables, corn hole, tennis courts, rope swings, an exercise room, and a dog run!
Nicely appointed condo with 1 king bedroom with attached full bath, 2nd bedroom with full under twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, additional full bathroom, comfortable living room, kitchen, eating area, and quiet patio and grass area. All linens and beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and sand toys included. YoutubeTV subscription with Showtime and HBO. The perfect place to get away and relax!

Convenient location!

We had a great stay and this location is so convenient to get to everywhere on the Island. Allison was so accommodating and responsive and the unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach getaway!

Our family vacation at St Simons is always fun! We love staying at Ocean Walk. It is convenient to The Village and the beach. Being able to relax is most important and it never disappoint.

Great vacation staying in the unit at Ocean Walk. Alison was so wonderful to work with. So nice and helpful. The condo is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was clean and very nice. We will be coming back.

The property was perfect for our stay . Loved the neighborhood & amenities. (& the ducks) . The Cunningham’s were very available if there were questions. It’s an older development & in a coastal environment so there were issues with bugs & the exterminator did come during our stay . Great walking to town & dog park.

The unit needs an exterminator. Bugs on floor & kitchen counter tops. Wifi was terrible & never able to connect TV. There were dry towels in the dryer. Plugs fell out of outlets & sparked.

We loved our stay. Condo was a little older, but very clean which is more important to us. It had everything we needed. Location is great! We would stay here again.

While we did enjoy our stay we had a few issues, the hall bath hot water didn’t work, one of the patio chairs was falling apart and there was a potentially dangerous saucepan in the kitchen. The handle was loose and I only discovered that after making ramen for my grandson, I barely missed getting boiling water spilled on me.
