Nestled on a quiet street 1-mile from the center of Skaneateles village, our freshly renovated and tastefully updated 4-bedroom 2-bathroom farmhaus with 2 living areas provides an ideal setting for family and friends to gather and enjoy everything the beautiful village of Skaneateles has to offer.

Walk, jog, bike or drive to the village to enjoy the shops, restaurants and myriad of activities in the village. Picnic beneath the gazebos of Clift Park, or book an afternoon wine tasting at Aneyla’s Vineyards, before ending the day with a meal at local favorite Doug's Fish Fry!

From boat tours to swimming in the cleanest lake in the Finger Lakes area, from wine tasting tours at the award winning Aneyla Vineyards to an indulgent day at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa - this home ensures that you are never far from the action but come time to relax - you have your own little oasis to create some warm memories.

In the winters, enjoy the electric fireplace in the cozy sunroom with picture windows providing an unobstructed view of the acreage. During the summers, have fun grilling and enjoying a cookout on the gorgeous deck. Great spot

This is a great home in perfect proximity to town. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and will look to do so again the next time I am in the area.

Beautiful new home in a lovely location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is new, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated (we took some ideas for our own home), and it has everything you need for a getaway with family. And the beds were so comfortable! Host was very helpful, check in was a breeze and communications were easy. Thank you!

Beautiful, clean home

We loved our stay. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable and so beautiful. Everything we need was there and the host was very responsive. The location was perfect. quiet nights on the deck watching the deer cross the backyard and an easy walk into town or quick drive. Would highly recommend!

Great Christmas time getaway

We stayed in this cozy property as a post-Christmas family stay. We had Nana, aunt and uncles, college aged grandchildren- 5 adults total, with several other family visitors from the area, and we were all delighted with this property. So much so that we would like to visit again in the summer!Our host was very responsive and courteous of our schedule, and answered all questions in a timely manner. Very pleased!!! THANK YOU!

Great experience!

Beautiful home in a nice area very close to the village. Perfect location for a getaway! Only about a mile from the center of the village where there are lots of shops & restaurants and a beautiful lakefront area. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Ronnie was quick to respond to questions and accommodated our group's requests. Would definitely stay at this home again and if you are looking for something in the area I would check it out!

Home Away From Home

This house was just what we were looking for! We were traveling with babies and small kids and hotel just wasn’t practical. I was thrilled to find this property it offered everything we needed. We cooked meals, did laundry, played kickball in the backyard and the swing never got a break! With a full weekend itinerary it was such a comfort to come home to a spacious but charming, well equipped home away from home! Thank you to the owners, well done!

Beautiful Space in exactly the Right Location

We wanted to experience the Skaneateles Dickens Christmas. This beautiful, well appointed farm house in a quiet neighborhood was so close to the village that we were able to drive to and visit when the crowds were lowest. Beautifully decorated, lots of great “together” space, comfy beds and a great “foodie” kitchen! Sunday brunch at the Mirbeau Spa/resort was a high point. As habitual VRBO guests, we recommend this property with it’s wonderfully responsive and friendly host(s) completely.

Family Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend to enjoy the village of Skaneateles during the holiday season. The house is perfectly located -a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. We found the house clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the wall paper accent walls in each room. The sunroom was a cozy place for us to play board games and watch movies. Plenty of room for everyone.

Private location close to town

We loved the country setting, and close to town. We visited Skaneateles, Auburn, wine country, and Syracuse. Great stay! Excellent hosts.

We love the Finger Lakes region and the Skaneateles Village is, in our opinion, paradise on earth! This home is truly unique as it is close enough to the village (1 mile) to make for an extremely convenient and fun stay, yet far enough to allow for a peaceful, relaxing time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is located on one of the largest lots (7 acres) in the town of Skaneateles thus allowing for utmost privacy. The all season sunroom with large picture windows overlooking the garden provides for a great experience, while the deck, set towards the back of the house, provides for privacy.

The entire home has been renovated providing guests with an opportunity to enjoy a home with all modern conveniences in a beautiful village/country setting.
