Charming Skaneateles Getaway

Summary:
Come stay at our Skaneateles country home to get away from your busy everyday living. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom offers a fully stocked kitchen with an open dining and living area. During the winter months cozy up next to the gas fireplace, while the warmer months allow you to enjoy grilling and the outdoor fire pit in the large private backyard spanning 2 acres. Located just under two miles from downtown Skaneateles, you will enjoy the beautiful downtown and breathtaking views of Skaneateles Lake.

**Primary guest will need to be 25 years of age or older, required to sign the owner's personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) and provide a valid proof of I.D.

**Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby receptions, brunches, etc.

**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc. is found)

The Space:
On the main floor, there is a kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bath. On the second floor there are two more full bathrooms, two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds.

Guest Access:
Guests will be emailed a key code two days prior to arrival
