After a long day of adventure, come back and cozy up in this peaceful getaway. This studio offers comfort and privacy while still being close to beaches, hiking trails & all the coast has to offer. We have rescue ducks 🦆 and chickens on the property as well. They are not next to the studio but in the corner of the property you are welcome to view.

We enjoyed our stay here with our granddaughter and 3 dogs. It was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed Jerry the rooster as he roamed the yard.

Please don't do this to yourself

I needed a complete refund to relocate a safe place to stay. Issues: 1. The bathroom floor had water seeping up around the self stick tiles. My guess, since this is an outbuilding with a slab only is that it is ground water coming up through an unsealed slab. But I wasn't sure that it wasn't sewage. 2. Truthfulness: I asked the owner to correct this and was told it was fixed, "but it would take a while for the floor to dry." When I got back and stepped on the floor, more water came up at the tile seams. 3. Furnishings. If someone just went to big trash day and picked up whatever they could find and just dumped it in a room, that would be the furnishings. Blistered pressboard, a table jacked up on metal legs to match the height of the chairs. Curtain rods bent and taped together. 4. DIRT. The toaster oven was black inside with burned spills. Everything was dirty, cobwebbed, haired and more. As I left I almost took a picture of the outdoor light that had so many cobwebs you almost could not see the light. Sort of an Adams Family touch. This person should not have a listing until they can completely redo this.

Very comfortable and fun

our stay was very comfortable and fun.....especially the white nearby rooster that begs like a dog ; ) clean, cozy and modest but would stay again. Recommend for fun loving budget minded. Robert K.

Very accommodating Host

The property was very pleasant. Enjoyed the chickens in the yard and quiet neighborhood. Host was outstanding and provided services that she did not need to offer. Would list them but that could her future problems. Check in without access to email is cumbersome. That may be a problem between Vrbo and me.

Great location for nearby amenities and the beach! Charmed with chickens!

This place has your basics covered, as long as you keep the place ventilated, and you don't mind the roosters in the mornings, which we didn't mind ourselves, in fact, we were charmed. Thank you!

This place was cute and in a safe area. It had everything we needed. However, we found the mattress uncomfortable and it made noises every time we moved. There is also a rooster nearby who woke us up at 5am. Otherwise, the area is quiet and near a grocery store and several dinning options.

Efforts have been made to make this renovation studio cute, and it is. Sparse, but functional "kitchenette" for simple meal prep. Functional shower, and toilet. Functional furniture. Power is a bit wonky, threw the breaker by running the fireplace and coffee pot at the same time, but owner was able to remedy quickly. The studio is directly adjacent the house, so there is no privacy. Owners dog barked each time we left & returned. There was construction material directly outside, which was a bit of an eyesore & in the firepit area, so we avoided that. However it was for the roof they're installing, which is good as there is major mold in the building. Caution to anyone with breathing issues. We opted to check out a day early.

A quick beach trip

This was a cute cottage and a perfect place for us to stay. It was conveniently close to the beach and a short drive to town. We loved watching the geese in the yard.

A cozy and spacious studio space!

This studio is way more spacious actually than it looks in the photos, the photos don’t do it justice! The owner was so nice and understanding. We had a few issues with some cleanliness aspects and she made sure she made it right by giving a small refund of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience and ensuring she was giving notes to the cleaner to be better about the issues in the future. Such a great little studio, awesome location close to coffee, the beach and more. Would stay again!
