By reserving this home, you agree to the following A, B, C points below-

A) You/your group understand the home is in an area with a homeowners' association (HOA) that works to preserve the peace and quality of life for all renters/guests. If you/your group violate the below rules during your stay, you agree to immediately stop the prohibited activity and pay the varying HOA fine per documented violation.

HOUSE & NEIGHBORHOOD RULES-
1) No house parties at the property
2) Max occupancy: No more than 14 persons allowed at the property at anytime
3) Quiet hours 11pm-6am DAILY: any loud music or loud activity during these hours are STRICTLY prohibited
4) No smoking/vaping inside the home
5) No fireworks in the neighborhood or at the property
6) Parking: Parking for up to 7 vehicles. No street parking and do not park in neighbors' driveways
7) No littering: All trash MUST be placed in trash bags and placed in the trash cans at the end of the driveway. Keep trash can lids closed.
B) RENTAL AGREEMENT -
You agree to complete and sign our rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you would like to see the rental agreement requirements before booking with us, please message us to receive a copy.

C) DOG POLICY & FEES -
For reservations before April 1, 2024, we will allow 2 small dogs max, weight limit of 20 lbs each. We will collect a non-refundable pet fee of $75 in addition to a $300 refundable damage deposit which will both be collected separately from the reservation. The refundable pet deposit will be refunded to you via VRBO within 2-3 business days after your check-out less the cost of fixing any documented damages.
