A wonderful retreat and spa

My wife and I work weekends and needed time off to relax. Erika’s place was perfect. Neat, clean, and the view & jacuzzi wonderful. The location is great and there’s plenty to do in the vicinity. We highly recommended it!

Perfect Stay in Woodstock!

The Vrbo was perfect for a girls trip!! The location is perfect, it's very private but still close to the town's restaurants and grocery stores. The property is beautiful and the view from the hot tub is amazing!! The home itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable overall. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Fall Getaway full of color and Peace

Great time

It was the soul quenching, breathe of fresh air we were looking for. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean home with beautiful Mountain views. Located just a few minutes from town, close to trails and swimming holes. Erika was super responsive, we would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful experience

The cottage is absolutely charming and well-maintained. It was a perfect place to enjoy our trip to Woodstock from. The location is serene and private, with beautiful views. 5 minute drive to town. The hot tub was clean and worked well, perfect for morning coffee or an evening soak. The beds were so comfy. Decor, amenities, appliances, etc was wonderful. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this listing for an incredible getaway!

Beautiful

The cottage is in the perfect location, close to hiking, kayaking, swimming, and the cool town of Woodstock. Decorated beautifully, super clean, and a quiet, secluded feel. The view from the back deck made every morning and evening relaxing in the hot tub such a special experience. Baby deer came by every day which the kids loved. Host Ericka was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!!

Felt like home

This was a perfect location for visiting woodstock. The house was as noted 360 degrees of trees - barely a need for curtains. The mountain view was absolutely stunning and we saw deer almost every day. All the needed amenities in the house. Very comfy, cozy, tasteful. Loved it.

Great place to stay and relax! Highly recommend

Thank God for AC! The cottage was so cute. First impression was wow this place is so up-to-date and clean! We went for the first week of July (4th weekend) and got to hear/see some fireworks. Other than that it was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the views of the mountain and animals. Also, the hot tub was an extra bonus. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Emergency Booking and extension

Our host, Erika, could not have been more helpful and understanding when we had to make changes to our original booking. We were very grateful to her. We absolutely loved the location of the cottage, its beautiful decor and views. The cottage had everything we needed and was immaculate. We would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Great Adult Getaway

The property was gorgeous & we loved our stay. It was clean and had great amenities. I will say, if you have young kids it can be challenging. There were strict rules on food and shoes, which we respected (but it took a lot of wrangling of the toddlers). There were also a lot of decorations we didn’t want ruined, so we moved them. I’d 100% stay there again, it was peaceful and charming…. The one road was closed when we visited, but typically a very quick trip into town. Next time we may just choose to go without little ones!

Great Location, Very Private

We loved staying at this rental property! Less than 10 min away from so many different things. We had a lot of great meals, saw a show at Colony, and also just sat back and enjoyed the hot tub view of the mountains and trees. We loved watching the chipmunks run around in the trees. Very clean, lots of towels provided. Kitchen has all the equipment you need. Does not have cooking oils, butter, or coffee. No problem, just an fyi to pick some up if you’re planning to do any cooking at the house! Sunflower market had all the things we were looking for, great cheese selection and deli.

Perfect getaway

We spent Memorial Day weekend here and just loved the property. The view of the mountain was lovely and the quiet surrounding made it feel like we were camping in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom had robes for us to use and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The town is close by and full of cute stores and great restaurants. We went to the swimming area that’s pictured in the photos and were a bit turned off by the people there. It was packed and there were a lot of dogs and teenagers smoking and playing loud music. Luckily, this place is not accessible by foot to the property so if you don’t want to go, it’s easy to avoid. We will absolutely stay here again. We made s’mores and a fire, played volleyball in the yard and enjoyed daily soaks in the hot tub. Great experience, highly recommend.

Secluded with a great view

The house was very clean. They provided towels and bedding. The bed was comfortable and firm. The bathroom was updated. Our favorite part was the view of overlook mountain. You can sit in the main living room on the couch or at the dining table and see the mountain. Or sit outside on the deck to take it all in. The other sitting space was fun to watch the deer come on the property. First time we had to pay nonrefundable damage insurance. Wish it was more affordable or refundable since we didn’t damage the property. Perfect space for my husband and baby and I to relax and explore the Catskills.
