Discover the delightful three-bedroom getaway in Farmerville, conveniently located a short 10-minute journey away from breathtaking Lake D'Arbonne State Park. Enjoy the comforts of home with free (WiFi) and a convenient washer and dryer.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the porch for relaxation.
When it's time to unwind, curl up in the cozy living room or explore the selection of card games, books, Roku streaming, DVD's and blue ray for entertainment for both adults and kids. Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms and refreshing bathrooms, where you'll find cotton linens, towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
We have air conditioning, heating, and outdoor furniture, this vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it the ideal base for your Farmerville get away. This house in conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Farmerville where you will find grocery stores, fast food restaurants and other shops including antique stores. In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. Even if just for relaxation and to unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lake D' Arbonne is a great place to go.
FYI: No events/gatherings held in/on the property. Parking is limited. Boat launch nearby, we only have a boat house to store/tie your boat.

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake. Very comfortable and roomy cottage with a nice covered porch just steps from the lake. Booked during the local watermelon festival with live music, activities, food and crafts. That was a fun experience for adults and kids in addition to the stunning lake. I definitely recommend.

Farmerville Fishing Tournament

1st experience with VRBO type rental. House was clean and furnished nicely. Was concerned about getting up and down the drive due to rain and driveway was not paved or gravel. Got through the mud and was able to get out when needed.Really enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake. Small improvements to the house that would help would be: Lamps in the living room. Working icemaker in refrigerator Improve drivewayOverall, we had a good extended getaway weekend. Thought the overall cost was a little high due to fees and cleaning charges on top of nightly rate, but I suppose rates are set knowing that some don’t respect properties like we do.Laurie was great and we appreciate her allowing us to bring our two Brittany’s.

Beautiful view, great owner.

Very, very clean comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Property was well maintained. Give the owner a shoutout - she stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Property is beautiful, very peaceful - great place to spend a a week, or two as my wife and I did. May well return next year. I would recommend without any hesitation.

Another Enjoyable Stay

A great little cabin with excellent views/access to the lake. Check-in and check-out instructions are clear and easy. A peaceful, quiet location which is a big plus for me as I come to the area for my work and sometimes need to sleep during the day after I work night shifts. Immaculately clean and exceptionally well stocked. The small, thoughtful touches such as board games and books are a plus. My wife and I have stayed here before but upon our return in December we were delighted to see Christmas decorations on the mantel and a small Christmas tree. What a nice, thoughtful touch for guests to enjoy while traveling during the holidays. Host has thought of everything you could possible need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Lovely Place to Stay

Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, peaceful location conveniently located just minutes from town. Nice back porch to sit and enjoy the lakefront views, watch the waterfowl on the water and the squirrels playing in the back yard. Was amply stocked with everything you would ever need. Excellent communication from host. Very enjoyable stay.

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quite often featuring beautiful sunrises and plenty of birds around. The house and the serenity of the lake is truly a beautiful place to relax and unwind from your busy schedule. We all need a good place to unwind from time to time.
We kindly ask, all our guests please read our rental agreement, house rules and policies. Please understand we don’t know you and we don’t have a Crystal ball to see who is good and not. We just need to be in the same page to avoid misunderstanding. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER/Manager of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to tenant and or their guest(s),or their personal property due to TENANT’S acts, actions or neglect. TENANT agrees to hold OWNER/ Manager harmless against any claim for damage and or injury for the use any structures or equipment, boat house, fire pit or any amenities in/on the house due to TENANTS act or neglect or their guests act or neglect. By, booking this property, guests affirms they have accepted our terms and acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims, actions, liabilities arising from the Guest's actions or those of any invitees. The view of the serene water at the lake. Very calming and relaxing.
Due to unpredictable weather, you may experienced power outages, the house doesn’t have standby generator. Weather conditions and road/neighbor’s construction projects are beyond hosts control.
