Great place if you have dogs as there is a nice large fenced in yard. The house was clean and very livable for a couple or small family. The coffee set up was a plus as was the hot tub! The neighborhood is not great but we found the location relatively convenient for driving (close to hwy 6; Colfax, etc. so easy to get to and from Denver). We would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect place for our fur babies to runa round the backyard and get to enjoy the vacation with us. The design of the backyard allows for great privacy and security for the dogs. It was peaceful but also close to everything we planned to do in the city. Host is also lovely and helpful!

The house and accommodations were excellent. The host made our stay comfortable and was easy to communicate with. I even mistakenly yelled out the door code in the front yard to my wife when returning from a day trip and, even though it was probably going to be fine, the host graciously changed it so we could rest easy. All in all, it was a great trip to Denver, and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous property!! The pool, hot tub and entire outdoor area were amazing. Our dog enjoyed the trails nearby and the nice, fenced-in backyard. The bed was comfortable and if you have children this place would be fabulous as they would have a private play area in the basement. Would love to come back.

Place was great! In a bit of a sketchy location, but didn't feel unsafe and it was easy to access all of the city stuff. House was nice and clean, hosts were responsive, no complaints!

Beautiful property that is in a perfect location if you are visiting Red Rocks Ampitheater for a concert. There are multiple outside areas and a great gas grill if you want to cook out. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed the property very much. The mini golf was a fun family activity and the hot tub felt amazing after a day of hiking. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. very comfortable home, Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Great place to stay. Easy to get out of the city and head to the mountains, minutes from Empowered Stadium to watch the Broncos, and so much to do for a weekend staying on the property. My friends and I had a blast.

The place was totally fine but they obviously run a little scam on people about a hot tub cleaning fee. We stayed over the summer, didn't touch the hot tub (those things are gross), and they tried to charge 50 for some ridiculous "chemical imbalance." I guess it's small enough that some people pay it. If they stop doing that the place will be great.

Very cute house. It was very clean and comfortable (especially the beds). The location was perfect for the things we did (Coors Stadium, Red Rock Amphitheater, Casa Bonita). Would definitely stay again.

Colorado Golf Trip

Fantastic hosts and comfortable house. Enjoyed our stay for a friends golf trip and having the hot tub at the end of the day was perfect. The putting green was in rough shape but we made it work. Would stay there again.

This house was awesome! We have three dogs and we could not keep them from the backyard. We also had a wonderful stay. House and Host were perfect. Jill would answer any questions you have very quick. Great location to downtown Denver. Lots of food choices around Lakewood, we did not go hungry. I would recommend this palce 100%
