Newly renovated home in desirable south end of island
Beautifully decorated, side by side 3 BR, 2 BA home, offering three levels of living space. This home is situated in the desirable south end of the island, a 5 minute walk to a beautiful, guarded beach. The first floor features a modern kitchen, dining area and living area, and deck. The second floor includes a full bath, a bedroom with queen size bed and TV, and another living area with a queen size sleeper sofa. This living area opens onto a second floor deck, the perfect spot to enjoy early morning sunrises, or relax with refreshments after a busy day on the beach. The third floor includes a bath and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other is furnished for children, including a double bed and a twin bed.
The back yard is fenced in and includes a private, outdoor shower. There are 2 parking spots and tenant has use of the beach wagon, beach chairs and beach tags.
The home is exceptionally clean and well-appointed to meet high standards. It is located in a quiet residential area and is walkable to an ice cream parlor, several restaurants, shops, and a children’s playground. Sea Isle is family friendly and offers free concerts and movies at the Excursion Park Amphitheater.
