Free Beach Service For 2026! (2 chairs and 1 umbrella / March - October)

This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Front condo at Beach Colony East with take your breath away. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this amazing condo is the perfect family getaway.

When you walk into this gorgeous condo you'll immediately get to experience the beauty of Navarre Beach. With emerald green waters and sugar white sands, the views from the balcony are simply breath taking!

This condo offers 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can easily sleep up to 8 guests. The guest bedroom has two Queen beds and a large, flat screen TV. The guest bathroom sits just outside of this bedroom and is a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom offers a large King bed and a flat screen TV as well as a private bathroom with two sinks, a stand-alone shower and a large jetted soaking tub.

The spacious kitchen has everything you'll need to make your favorite seafood dinner or picnic lunch for the beach. There is also a large kitchen table that can seat 6 easily as well as two bar stools. Soak up the views of the gulf from the kitchen, dining and living room areas.

Beach Colony East offers a plethora of amenities. It has a covered parking garage, a fitness room for guest's use, tennis courts, a public grilling area, and offers the largest pool on Navarre Beach.

Take some time to experience everything that Navarre Beach has to offer. It's home to the longest pier on the gulf coast and the Beach Colony is just steps to the pier. If you have fishing enthusiasts in your party it's a great way to reel in dinner or if you just want to sight-see take a stroll down the pier and experience some of the most beautiful sea life in the world. If you love sea turtles you can walk over to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and get up close to those magnificent animals and learn all about their habitat. Navarre Beach also has a Marine Science Center which is great fun for the kids when you want a day to explore the island.

The built in ice maker was definitely a nice bonus when going to the beach/pool everyday. After hours check-in was a breeze and the complex overall was great. I will definitely recommend Beach Colony and specifically the condo that we stayed in. This is the first condo complex we have stayed in with covered parking and that was a great bonus as well. Have to admit that the best food was off the island.

Beautiful Condo with direct views and access to the beach

Condo is absolutely amazing! 10th floor was somewhat inconvenient since only 1 elevator working while they install new ones. The small things like an ice maker along with a full one in the fridge was great! There was also plenty of beach towels, chairs etc if you don’t want to rent chairs. I’m somewhat OCD so I will say that housekeeping needs to clean the door frames to patio. It looks like greasy hands use it often.

All Around Wonderful Experience

We have been staying at Beach Colony for the past 4 years, this was our first stay with this condo and it was the most positive experience yet. The property managers were great at communication, got us in early, and were wonderful to work with. The condo was clean and we enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The beach access and pool were also wonderful. Hurricaine Helene hit during our stay, the property managers texted us updates regarding the storm and while we were not hit with the storm at the condo (thankfully it missed us), our hometown was hit hard, leaving us unable to travel home on our expected day of departure to road closures and conditions back home. The property managers were amazing at working with us to extend our stay (as no one was checking in for a few more days after us) and gave us a safe place to stay for a few extra days while our home town worked to resore roadways. We have already booked our stay again for next year and can't wait to return!

Very clean and wonderful kitchen supplies for cooking/ cutting/ storing all our food. Condo was tastefully decorated. Comfortable couches. I wish I had been warned about the pool wrist bands needing to be returned prior to me leaving. I had to mail them back so I wasn’t charged for them.

The condo was very clean, decorated nicely, and furnished with everything you need to cook. The only problem was the ice maker it made too much ice. Every time you open the door to get ice and abundance of ice would fall out landing on the floor. Then you would have to clean ice up to prevent slipping on a wet floor. This was the only concern we had . Overall so pleased with our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Only thing I would recommend is changing address of the building for 10B East. I believe the actual building was 8515 but directions said 8501 (which is the West building) so it was confusing when we pulled into the resort. Also upon checkout, I’ve never had to make sure all kitchen items are back in their place. Usually you can leave as long as the dishwasher is running and housekeeping unloads. That put a damper and a strain on eating breakfast the day of checkout with little ones.

The condo was well equipped. The only problem we had concerned the microwave. It stopped working with about a week left in our stay. It was replaced with a stand alone. The smoke detector went off while my granddaughter was cooking using the oven. Other than those two issues we had no problems. Lovely view.

The layout and balcony's are wonderful. As for the unit 10B - it was clean and the view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. The only complaint would be that the soft goods need updating. Swivel chair in living room is broken and both couches were very worn and not the most comfortable. Same as the mattress in the master. Overall - good experience and would stay again.
