This spacious house with a large screened in porch and deck, has a gently sloping walkway to your dock in a private, deep water cove (14 Feet). Enjoy sun bathing & swimming, or use the paddle boards. (BYO Boat)

Enjoy beautiful lake views from your screened in porch (with 50 inch TV) while savoring dinner and drinks or simply relaxing with family and friends. Floor-plan offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the oversized living areas. Kitchen table seats 8 with additional 4 stools at kitchen island. Gorgeous dining table accommodates another 10, making this home perfect for family style dining. Kids have their own zone upstairs and adults have an amazing bar and card table open to the living room and kitchen area.

4 Bedroom house with a bonus room & a Kids bunk bed rumpus room!

Bedroom 1: Master on main with king sized bed and large bathroom with free standing tub and separate shower and 50 inch TV

Bedroom 2: King sized bed with trundle bed and attached jack and jill style bath with private sink and oversized closet. Perfect room for two families to both have a Master suite. Lock the second sink area off and send the kids to the 3rd full bath. 50 inch TV

Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed

Bonus room - Two XL Twin beds

Kids room - 2 sets of bunk beds, XL bean bags and 50 inch tv. Room has an additional area for kids to hang out and play games or just be kids.

Kids Game Room: Foosball table and Pop-a-Shot for hours of fun.

While it is our greatest desire for you to have a wonderful and exciting vacation, please do not rent this home if you are looking for a party zone. We respect our neighbors and would never want to infringe on their relaxing lakeside experience. We kindly request that all outdoor noise settles down to a minimum by 10 pm. In addition, for your safety, we have cameras installed to monitor all driveway activity & the back entrance to the gates.

Parking provided in driveway and next to mailbox. Please do NOT park on black asphalt drive in front of the driveway. It is our neighbors driveway

Outside Quiet time is 10 pm. Please respect our neighbors.

We had family members stay here for Thanksgiving events that were held at a different location, so the property was just used for sleeping. All young adults and a couple small children. It was exceptionally clean and well supplied. There was plenty of room for the various family members to have their own spaces. I can see where this would be a good location for a lakefront vacation. Our family members were very complimentary of their time at the house.

Wonderful Getaway at the Lake

As advertised.

As advertised is correct. Plenty of room for everyone and clean. Would be a great large family location. Boat dock was fantastic because of the upper deck for sunbathing and relaxing. BJ with Lanier Luxury Boat Rentals was great with drop off and pickup of pontoon boat, small business at its best. Loved seeing all the wildlife especially the deer all day long. Thx Jason.

Work Trip - the perfect retreat

This house is wonderful for a group of adults who want to get to know each other and have enough space for alone time. We stayed at this house for the second time and it is so peaceful. Our work trip was very rejuvenating and the owner is very responsive.

Beautiful Lake House

Property was beautiful and well maintained! Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The house was cozy with lots of space and very accommodating for pets. We all agreed we would come back to stay!

Wonderful

We needed a house with a fenced in yard for the pups and this house has TWO fenced in areas! There is so much room which was great for our family to gather and spend time together. The owner was promptly responsive to my inquiries. The pups enjoyed the many deer in the area. I recommend this house!

Amazingly Beautiful, right on the water

What an absolutely gorgeous and quiet place to stay! We enjoyed a team retreat and were able to get a ton of work done while also recharging. We'll definitely be back!

Thankful for Thanksgiving

I made a trip home to visit family for Thanksgiving. I needed a place where my family and friends could come visit us while we were in town. This home was perfect. Our kids enjoyed dinner on the screened in porch with their cousins. The dock and views were nice. Perfect home to gather our family. The whole process was smooth and easy.

I would book again!

Everything was awesome right down to the coffee and snacks they had for us at check in. The property was great . The dock was a plus for the g kids . The host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely plan to stay again in the future .

Great house for family reunion

Great house on lake lanier with nice dock, pedalboats, kayak, and a couple stand up paddleboards. The BBQ grill was broken but host Jason delivered a BBQ grill within minutes, without even being asked - top notch service. Great for our large family reunion

Great getaway for the weekend!!

Our family and 2 others stayed her over Labor Day Weekend. Jason, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive to any/all questions we had leading up to the weekend and when we were there. The house was perfect for our 3 families with kids ranging from 7 to 15. Amenties were great for the lake with kayak, paddle boat and paddle boards - kids (and adults) all had so much fun.

Relaxing lake retreat

The house and dock are located in a very quiet area of the lake that is safe for swimming and no traffic. While it is on a quiet cove, major shopping, grocery, and restaurants are just 10 minute drive. The dock was awesome with great swimming area, access to kayaks, and paddle boards. The area on the top level was a great spot to star gaze at night while the covering area allowed for you to enjoy during the day while staying out of the sun. The house had some minor issues during our stay but the property owner was responsive in getting things quickly assessed. We enjoyed our time at the house with a large family group. It was a great start to summer.

Great rental with lots of room for the whole family

This is a lovely, well appointed lake rental with lots of thoughtful and homey touches. The dock is Wonderful!! Our boat and towable fit with plenty of room. The beds are comfortable, towels soft, excellent AC and plenty of hot water for a large group. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the fenced in yards for games with the children. They were overgrown with knee high grass.

Family Reunion

this property easily offered a great experience and plenty of room for 15 adults and visiting grandchildren with foosball and basketball games to play. There are several areas to visit in including the large, enclosed deck and the boat ramp with an upstairs deck. An easy walk down to the lake with a private cove easily assessable to enjoy the lake. With a little creativity there is plenty of room to park several vehicles. We were only 10 minutes to additional family in Dawsonville and 20 minutes from Country Palms Wedding venue we attended. Jason was easy to work with and provided us all the information we needed and the privacy we enjoyed.

Well-stocked lake house

We’ve visited north Georgia multiple times in the past few years but this is the first time we stayed on Lake Lanier. This house had everything we needed, better stocked than any vacation home we’ve stayed in. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, games, and our favorite was by far the lake equipment. The weather went from 70’s to 30’s while we were there but we still got a ton of use of the paddle boards, kayak, and peddle boat. They were the highlight for both adults and kids (ages 7-11). The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well. Easy instructions and area info provided. This is a great area with tons of restaurants and shops nearby and we took a wonderful and easy day trip to Dahlonega for the winery and wildlife sanctuary and Amicalola for hiking. We hope to return!

Amazing lake getaway for our big family!!!

This was a stellar property! We had many family members and we were all super comfortable! So many beds and all awesome comfortable! The kitchen was awesome to make big meals and we actually held an impromptu dinner for 15 comfortably! We grilled several times and it was perfect! But wait, there’s more!! The Lake!! Deep, cool beautiful! We had several sunset parties on the upstairs portion of the dock. We went fishing several times on the lower level and actually caught the fish! The extras were exceptional, the paddle boards, the kayak, the paddle boat! This is truly a fantastic, well thought out place to stay! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy the property again! Also, sidenote, the owners were so helpful and so accommodating. They let us check in early and allowed us to stay late on the day of check out!

Can’t wait to go back!

So grateful to have been able to stay here over Columbus Day. I have a family member with cancer and wanted to treat him to a lake home as he loves fishing and being on the lake. This home and our stay was a gift from God! So many places to sleep, my boys love basketball and they have the machine to shoot hoops. Loved the paddle boards and canoe, the lake water is deep for swimming and it’s a safe cove. The walk to the lake is very close and the double dock is awesome. My plan was to cook up a storm for my family member and their kitchen items were amazing!! Pots, pans, Tupperware, tons of spatulas and everything that we needed which is rare! Several refrigerators and freezers to store food. We brought our own propane tank and used it for the fire pit but there was one there that may have been a little low. The grill was great. My boys are tall and appreciated the big beds without footboards. We didn’t use the back room upstairs for sleeping because we did not have small young kids, but it has 2 sets of bunks and two fun long beanbags. Great cousin room for younger kids. Could use another bathroom upstairs (there is 1) but there are 3 downstairs. Some lightbulbs were out but not a big deal. They provided everything (towels too) and the writing on things w directions reminded me of the helpful notes that my dad left on everything. Our fishing charter picked us up at the dock, so awesome! The owner is communicative and kind. We will be back!!

Christmas 2023 at Lake Lanier

Such a wonderful house for a family Christmas gathering. The owners had put up a Christmas tree and left ornaments for us to decorate as a family. They also left goodies in the kitchen and on arrival it was like coming home. The location of this house, which is in a quiet cove, and view of the lake are absolutely beautiful. The house itself lends to gatherings and entertaining friends and family. We have five grandsons and four joined us along with their parents for this trip. The two older are 7 and 8 and are playing basketball in Hall County which is near. The bonus game room beside the bunk room has a basketball game and foosball table which were both hits with the boys, Nana and their parents. My sisters joined us for a few days as did a dear friend from Newnan. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to as are the grocery stores. We enjoy cooking, so we didn’t eat out much, but Country Cafe has yummy country ham biscuits. I only went on the dock once, but I am sure in warmer weather its two story structure is perfect for sunning. My husband and I own a home on the New River in Virginia and we both kayak and have several as well as a canoe. There is a paddle boat, canoe and paddle boards there for renters to enjoy. Due to the time of year I was not game for such sport, but our oldest son took the grandsons for a short paddle boat ride. We definitely would recommend this house to friends and would rent it again. Jason was absolutely wonderful when I had a question.
