Paradise Palm 501 is positively one of the most sought-after properties on the island. This three-story, five-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome is located conveniently on 11th Street, just south of Access Rd 1A.
It comes with a six-passenger golf cart for your entire stay; a private pool, and a charming fenced-in yard with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your time at the beach.
Upon entering the bottom floor, you will find the elevator to your right.
To the left is BD1) this room has a Queen bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a bench, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite BA1) full bath has a tiled walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and a door to the outside pool area.
Outside the bedroom to the left is the door leading outside to the pool/yard area.
Up the steps to the second level, you enter the hallway; straight ahead is a small coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker.

Across the hall is BD4) this bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a Twin over a Full, a Twin trundle underneath, a chest, a children's table and chairs, two children's bean bags, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.
Travel up the stairs to the third floor and it will take your breath away... The area's open concept is perfect for the whole family to gather together.
The living area has a sectional sofa, that also folds out into a Queen size sleeper, two side chairs, and a large flat-screen smart TV with Wi-Fi. Right behind that is the sizeable dining room table with seating for ten, with three additional bar stools at the massive quartz kitchen bar.
The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare fabulous meals for your friends and family. All new stainless steel appliances include a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, a walk-in pantry, a Keurig, and a regular drip-style coffee maker.
