Spacious & luxurious end-unit townhouse located in desirable family friendly Forest Ridge development in Lincoln, NH (Woodstock area). Located minutes from Loon Mountain Resort with complimentary winter shuttle on weekends right outside your front door to nearby Loon Mountain Resort. This lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is a great vacation spot for families looking to create memories to last a lifetime. Easy access to Forest Ridge Sports Center, featuring indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, hot tub & steam room (subject to availability and operating hours).

This vacation home features first level en-suite primary with king size bed & full bath, spacious open concept living, dining, kitchen area with cathedral ceilings and direct access to outdoor deck (seasonal views of the slopes). The upper level offers loft/den area with TV, guest bedroom with queen bed & full bath. Walk-out lower level features two additional guest bedrooms with queen beds, additional living room with TV & bunk bed (full and twin bed) & twin daybed w/ twin trundle bed, full bath with jacuzzi tub. Enjoy an afternoon snooze in summer/fall months on the outdoor hammock under the deck after a hike along the Pemigewassett River, Lincoln Woods Trailhead or take short drive to see the iconic Flume Gorge.

Enjoy the french onion soup at The Common Man or master crafted beers at One Love Brewery or The Woodstock Brewery. Seasonal and year-round activities include skiing/snowboarding, shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, local waterpark, gondola/tram rides, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking and so much more!

Assigned parking in front for two vehicles (there is overflow parking located at the Sports Center). Ductless air conditioner units installed in 2023 in main living room, 1st floor bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom and lower level common area! Fans are included in each bedroom.

This large house in Lincoln, NH, was ideal for use as a home base for touring the White Mountains region as well as Northeastern Vermont. It is located within an hour of almost everything we wanted to visit. Ngoc Anh, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and proactively addressed potential problems. Our seven nights here were a delightful experience.

Hiking with friends

Very large, comfortable, clean home. Could have slept 10 comfortably. Location is ideal for restaurants, shopping and adventures. Will definitely return for a future stay.

Awesome home

This property is beautiful and quiet. Plenty of room inside with wonderful decks outside . Home is well stocked. Owner extremely receptive to questions . I had an issue with air conditioning and owner returned my call within 5 minutes. Issue was resolved within 15 minutes. I would recommend this property and look forward to staying there again

Wonderful stay in Lincoln!

Our family of 8 (adults) stayed here for several days in October, and it was great - plenty of room to spread out but to also share time together. The house was very clean and really well-stocked for cooking, and the location was perfect for getting to the hikes we wanted to do as well as to enjoy local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Amazing property!

This property is perfect for small or large groups! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to gather as a group but with the 3 levels space to divide up for separate activities. Beautiful setting in the Fall for the gorgeous leaf colors.. perfect place to stay for venturing out for fun day trips in New Hampshire and Vermont!

Great NH vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked with games for the kids. Very clean and everything in great condition. Would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Mountain retreat

The house was CLEAN, and very comfortable, location is everything when staying in Lincoln. Our host was great, gave us great instructions, check in and out was easy. Layout of the home was perfect, the 4 kids split the 2 bedrooms down stairs, 1 pair of adults took the main floor, and the other oair had the upstairs. Having a full bathroom upstairs was good. A powder room on the .ain level was good. Nice size kitchen, in unit laundry. The weather was PERFECT. We love visiting Lincoln, and would consider this priperty as our 1st option for future trips! Tha k you for the hospitality!

Family Summer Trip to NH

Loved our stay. Extremely conveniently located to everything. Unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The deck was an added plus for us adults to hang while the kiddos slept at night. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds/bedding were super comfortable, and check in/out was super easy. Ngoc was quick to respond to my questions and very easy and pleasant to work with. Great place!

Fabulous Rental

We stayed for 6 nights as a family of 4 (children age 5 and 7). The home was spotless and exactly as pictured. The host provided clear and detailed instructions and communication. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and basic necessities for the week. The air conditioning was a great luxury for the hot week. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!

Ngoc Ahn was super responsive and invested in making our stay a success! The townhouse was spacious, well equipped, and comfortable for all of us. Our family was happy to be just minutes from all the hikes on our list and close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely would recommend!

Great location, plenty of space & incredibly clean

Highly recommend this rental. There's an abundance of space for everyone to spread out. The house is super clean and well equipped with all essentials (ie, hand soap, tissue, laundry detergent, etc). Our fam had an amazing time visiting the Flume Gorge, Loon Mountain, Polar Caves and Alpine Adventures.

Loon Ski Weekend

We had a great weekend at the condo. Very close to the mountain and restaurants. Unit was very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Ngoc Ayn was a great host, very communicative and easy to work with.

Wonderful stay

This was a super townhome with ample space for all 7 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the cooking necessities and a bonus Keurig machine with K-cups. The layout was perfect with a mudroom to take our snow gear off before entering the house. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to ski Loon mountain...super close!

This house was perfect for two families, there was a lot of space and the open loft area was a perfect place for the kids to hang out. The house was comfortable and easy access to the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual friends winter getaway

Pleasantly surprised by how large the unit felt. All the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We didn’t feel cramped. Ideal location central to everything. Everything was very clean and the furniture is in great condition. We would rent again.

Family Trip to Loon Mountain

The condo was in an excellent location for quick access to the slopes. It was extremely comfortable and ideal for couples or a large family. Extremely well appointed kitchen and cupboards and all the beds were very comfortable. This property made our holiday wonderful! I would highly recommend and hope we get the chance to stay again!

Fantastic condo in Lincoln,NH

This is a beautiful condo. Perfect for our family- which is really 3 separate units! The set up is great. Each level has their own private bedroom and bathroom. The lowest level, which is the walkout basement,has two bedrooms and the Jacuzzi tub, and a large family room with more bunkbeds and a TV. Lots of room for privacy and to spread out. Also, the kitchen has everything you could need & MORE! Our family stayed for Thanksgiving, and I was concerned about needing some dishes, etc. There was no need for any concern. Everything was there, except a potato masher , and what condo has that!?! Ngoc is amazing to communicate with- quick response for any question. We are looking forward to returning soon!
