This property was absolutely a wonderful spot. The house was extremely clean and well decorated. We all enjoyed the gorgeous bathrooms and shower. The waterfront view and location is perfect. We enjoyed grilling out on the deck listening to music. We hope to visit again.

Wonderful location on River!

Wonderful property. Very clean and cute. Great location close to many things. We had fun catching several fish off the dock. Would definitely recommend and love to stay here again.

Wonderful place - great location

Wow - what a fabulous place. Hosts had it well stocked - we needed nothing. Location was perfect; close to restaurants, bait shop (we fished on the dock every day), supermarket - anything you could need. The bathroom showers were spa quality. Everything was just great. We will definitely stay at this place again. Thanks Steve and Rita.

Perfect location for a get away

Excellent communication from the hosts and everything was just as promised. We brought our boat and left it in the water during our stay at the dock behind the house, it was so convenient to be able to hop in the boat and go. Highly recommend this location, we will be back!

Just what we needed!!!

Amazing location! We kept our boat at the house and was able to take it to Anclote Island each day Minutes from Main Street for entertainment and food. Neighborhood quite and peaceful. Definitely will be staying again.

The property is in a nice location, bands and music (tasteful and appropriate) from across the river were great. TONS of space for our needs. All updated. Would recommend staying there, and would stay again.

Great property

Property has a great view of the Cottee River with a sand lot and dock for your boat. Everything was just as expected and easy check in. Communication as needed was quick response and everything was clean. Great restaurants within minutes from property and easy access to the gulf. Dog friendly. Great vacation property.

Weekend Respite

The property was very clean and and well stocked for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would need. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee and watching the boats pass by. Very relaxing and much needed weekend getaway with the family😊

Better the second time around...

We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with everything. This place is a true gem. And is even nicer after the renovations that were recently done. Great communication with property manager, super clean, fully stocked with everything you could possible need or want. I am sure we will be back. Just not sure when. Wish the weather had been a tad warmer, as it was too cold to sit out for long qaat night.

Peaceful and Fun Retreat

What a nice setting to sit out on the deck facing the Cottee River and watch the activity and boats go by. It was great to get away from the fast paced daily routine and enjoy life for the long weekend. Thanks for sharing the lovely home with us. We will be back in the future.

Excellent location and owners are fabulous

We had a great weekend at this property. The owners were terrific and accommodating. The property was neat and clean and right on the water. We stayed out in the floating deck until late fishing, talking and enjoying the live music across the street. Bikes, kayaks, Luke jackets and lawn games were all on hand. We wished that we could have stated a little longer!

We enjoyed our stay on the river. It was fairly quiet and peaceful, sitting on the patio, enjoying the river and music across from it. We even used the firepit one evening. The house was very clean and well stocked, except there were no wine glasses.....lol. It was very close to our daughter and family which is why we came down to visit. We would come back next time we visit.

In town for a funeral so needed an easy relaxing stay and this property provided that. Requested help on a few items and property manager easily available and quick to respond. Daughter even left her library book behind and they promptly shipped it to us. Appreciate all the help. Thank you

House Rehab

We booked this property at the last minute due to an unforeseen family gathering. We spent little time at the house because our days were very busy and hectic. It was nice knowing we had a clean and relaxing place to decompress at the end of the day. Steve was kind enough to go out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at a clean and quiet house on the water in close proximity to some fun restaurants.

Magic House

My wife and I love the house. It has everything you need for your trip To Florida. Bob and Deb are great hosts from the time we stepped in the house until we left, their hospitality and guest service are key for their success . The house is beautiful and modern! All the decorations make you feel like home! The view from the dock is amazing and allows you to spot a wide range of wildlife including dolphins, manatees, fishes and all kind of birds. At night, the place to be is by the fire pit , enjoining the sound of the river. Thank you once again for the hospitality and we hope to come baby soon!

The owners told us we could not have the windows or doors open and as they lived right next door you felt as though they were always watching you. Can you imagine telling someone who's renting for a month not to open windows and doors!! Well I could tell you more but why?
