The Sonder Suite is nestled on a beautiful property located in Mary Esther mins from Hurlburt, white sandy beaches of Ft. Walton and Destin. The studio guesthouse boasts a full kitchen and bathroom with modern finishes. Relax and unwind at this unique property lined with palms and tropical plants. Perfect for a weekend retreat or an extended 'staycation'. Looking for a wedding venue? We can host small weddings in the main house.

This is a studio guesthouse with one queen bed and a couch. An air mattress is available upon request and is an additional $35 per booking. Parking spot is in front of the guesthouse or by the road on the parking pad. The guesthouse is 700 Square feet. We (the hosts) live on the property and will share the driveway with you.

Parking: Two spots (one in front of the guesthouse) and one on the street side parking pad. Please don’t block access at any time.

Pet Policy: We will use the grounds but usually in our own private area. Dogs should be leashes at all times as we have our own dogs. Pet fee is $15 a day per pet for stays up to 14 nights or $150 per month.

Location: Great location to Hurlburt Field AFB (4 mins to main gate), Downtown Mary Esther and Ft. Walton Beach. Destin is 15 mins away and the Destin (VPS) Airport is 22 mins away. Downtown Pensacola is 50 mins away.

Early check-in/out is available but costs extra. Please request this more than 48 hours in advance so we can give our cleaners appropriate time to adjust. Cleaners will be there at 10am sharp.

NO MATTER THE PLATFORM YOU BOOKED ON, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING RULES AND TIPS TO ENSURE A GREAT STAY:

1. NO SMOKING OR TOBACCO USE OF ANY KIND IN THE GUESTHOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY
2. PLEASE KEEP FRONT AND BACK PORCH LIGHTS ON FROM DUSK UNTIL DAWN, IF IN DOUBT MIRROR MAIN HOUSE EXTERIOR LIGHTS
3. PLEASE TURN OFF INTERIOR LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE GUESTHOUSE
4. BLACK BEARS LOVE TO PASS THROUGH THE PROPERTY; PLEASE DO NOT FEED OR APPROACH THEM. THE HOSTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY MAY CAUSE TO ANY INDIVIDUALS, PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR VEHICLES PARKED ON THE PROPERTY.
5. PLEASE WIPE UP SPILLS IMMEDIATELY WITH RAGS PROVIDED; LIQUIDS LEFT ON KITCHEN COUNTER WILL STAIN THE SURFACE
6. PLEASE USE COASTERS PROVIDED WHEN PLACING DRINKS ON FURNITURE 
7. PLEASE DO NOT WIPE MAKEUP ON WHITE LINENS; PLEASE USE BLACK MAKEUP CLOTHS PROVIDED
8. BY BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR PET POLICY (Scroll down to review fees and rules)

CHECKOUT DAY:
1. CHECKOUT IS AT 10AM UNLESS AGREED UPON WITH HOSTS IN ADVANCE. $100 FLAT CHARGE PLUS $50/HOUR LATE CHECK OUT FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF YOU HAVE NOT VACATED  
2. PLEASE LOAD BUT DO NOT RUN THE DISHWASHER
3. PLEASE LOCK UP AND SEND A MESSAGE TO LET US KNOW YOU’VE CHECKED OUT; THIS ALLOWS FOR THE CLEANERS TO GET STARTED FOR THE NEXT GUESTS
4. WE DO NOT ASK YOU TO CLEAN, BUT PLEASE LEAVE THE GUESTHOUSE TIDY UPON CHECK OUT 

PET POLICY: We are pet friendly, but do charge a fee of $10 per day, per pet which is not included in the base booking price. $150 monthly fee, or $15 per day up to 14 nights. In addition, Emotional Support Animals (ESA's) are not service animals and are subject to the standard pet policy and fees. Unfortunately, we have experienced an increase in service animal fraud. To be clear, a service animal should be with you at all times and not left alone in the guesthouse. We have video surveillance and live on the property and reserve the right to report service animal fraud.
