With the Santa Rosa Sound only 50 feet away, you can explore the water with provided Kayaks or go fishing off your personal dock, which provides two anchor points for your water toys. Entertainment made possible in the open concept living space. Our waterfront house has been designed for your ultimate entertainment experience with an open concept living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and sun room. Enjoy breathtaking views while entertaining your family inside of the house or at our back yard. Our outdoor deck, with dining table is a perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge at the start of your day, or after your day's adventure's too. As an added bonus, with the shallow, calm waters, of Santa Rosa sound, your family can enjoy kayaking, paddling boarding, or even swimming. Occasionally watch the dolphins dancing around or firework right at the back yard.

Our place is centrally located, you can quickly go to shopping center next town Fort Walton beach in minutes. Destin and Navarre beach are about 15-20 minutes away by boat or car so you can enjoy what each beach has to offer while also being just far enough away to avoid the crowds that are inherent to these popular beach cities.

Enjoy full access to this spacious home, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, front and back yards, a relaxing deck, a private boat dock, and a large driveway that fits up to 6 cars and a medium-sized boat (up to 26 feet).
Please note: The sheds and detached guesthouse—occasionally occupied by mid-term military tenants—are off-limits, but completely separate to ensure your privacy.

Enjoy the nearby Okaloosa Island boardwalk about 10 minutes away where your family can shopping, eating, fishing, surfing and enjoying others beach games.

Below are house rules and Pet rules. please read and see if you can totally agree with it before booking our place.

(House Rules)
~Please be courteous of the neighbors. The outdoor dining area is to the left as you're facing the water.
~ Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM
~ No party, no events, and no loud music at the premises.
~Kayaks will ONLY be utilized with a life vest.
~Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
~No horseplay around the dock or swimming at night.
~Both sheds and the detached guest house in the front yard are off limits.
~Keep outdoor furniture on the patio to the left to prevent it from blowing away. Stack chairs against the house, when not in use.
~The wildlife in the area includes the occasional black bear, red foxes, and snakes. Please do not provoke them, and keep trash away from the house.
~ Please note that our property is located close to the beach, which may attract various critters and bugs: ants, spiders, and palmetto bugs (look like giant roaches). While we do our best to keep them under control, we can not guarantee their absence. Please keep the doors and windows closed at all times to avoid them slipping into the house. If you see something, please let us know so we can address the issue with our pest control team and cleaning team. We appreciate your understanding and inform you that refunds will not be provided in such a case.
~The max capacity is 15 people. The total number of guests must be annotated in the reservation. No unapproved visitors. After 11 guests. Each extra guest will have an additional charge of $30/person/ night. Over the amount registered, guests will be evicted, and all evictions are non-refundable.
~Due to back-to- back guests, we usually can't accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
~ Please do not adjust AC thermostat below 65.F degrees to prevent the system from freezing and not working appropriately.
~No smoking inside, including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
~Please eat in the kitchen and dining room only.
~ Max 6 cars and one boat ( max 26 feet) can be parked at the premises. Please do not park in brick-paved areas.
~ Please refrain from entering the neighbor's yard and their waterfront area.


** One owner's car is placed in the front yard. This will not count towards/interfere with the parking spaces designated for the guests*

(Pet Rules)
~All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention measures are highly recommended
~All pets should be treated with a tropical flea and tick repellant three days prior to arrival, or must be on an oral flea and tick preventative
~No pets on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of such may incur an extra cleaning fee.
~Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse and messes they cause.
~Guests should prevent dogs from making excessive noise, especially at night.
~Pets will not be left unattended for an extended period of time, either indoor or outdoor.
~When pets are unattended indoors, they must be tethered or kenneled.
~The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during its stay.
