This unit is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort in a very safe area. This is the owners side of the 2-sided condo. This is a great space for a couple looking to explore Amelia Island and the surrounding area. This unit is nestled in the center of the plantation with just a short walk to the beach and new 10 hole par 3 golf course!

Very well equipped, and recently updated, the large vaulted living room gives a larger than life feel. With pool access just at the bottom of the stairs, this unit will be entirely yours. It has a fully stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies.

Guests may use the pool. It is a communal pool, not private. Washer and dryer are also available in the unit.

We can be reached 24/7 in case of emergencies. For faster response and non-emergent questions, please message between 9am-6pm.

This unit is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort. Canopied with beautiful trees and scattered with golf courses, Amelia Island is a place to relax and unwind. The Amelie Island Resort offers more than 1,350 acres of maritime forests and marshes, alongside miles of uncrowded beach front. Accessible through the Island guardhouse makes this an extremely safe location. Just a short drive from downtown Fernandina, it is definitely a place that begs to be explored!

Walking, biking, or golf carts are all popular to navigate The Omni Amelia Island Resort area.

Bring your own bike, or take a Segway tour, rent bikes or golf carts from `Amelia`s Wheels` located at 48 Amelia Village Cir, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

This property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to resort privileges or amenities. There is restricted access to the main hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park to only club members and their guests. Dogs are allowed under 50lbs with a $75 non-refundable pet fee.
Quiet Hours - 10pm to 8am
If bringing pet, there is a $75 pet fee. Please keep off bedding and furniture and clean up all pet refuse. Pets must stay on leash when out side and are not permitted in pool area.

An amazing find! Everything you needed for a get away - well appointed property. Kent was wonderful to work with. The location is perfect for tennis, beach and shaded walks. The unit has great light and the vaulted ceilings makes it feel so spacious. We will be back to this property for sure.

Amazing stay @ Serenity by the Sea

This property was perfect for us and our dog. The beach was only a 5 minute walk which we did everyday. The property is well maintained and the condo was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo and location. It was just awesome.

Great place

This property is on the grounds of the Omni hotel. You do need to go through a gate to get there, but once you're on property it's perfect for walking bike riding beautiful beach. Everything's accessible. Makes it quite nice. Lots of restaurants too

In the trees

Very nice one bedroom condo in an ideal location. Walking paths everywhere to the beach, tennis and pickle ball. Felt like we were in the mountains but a 10 minute walk to the beach, best of both worlds. We will return!

Great condo,

Only subtracted a point due to proximity of pickle ball, but otherwise great condo, well appointed. Easy check-in/check out. Recommend this host and property. Reasonable host fees, too. I know the town and area well and chose this over a luxe hotel in the area to attend a friend’s party.

Wedding visit

This place was great and even though Florida had rain every day. The stay, surrounding areas and our daughter's wedding was perfect. It is up stairs and very quiet peaceful but had everything we needed. Kent was quick to respond to all questions. If we ever come back to Florida we will stay here.

Back to US After Covid

Travelling from Germany was easy. We stayed in a calm and clean Condo in a lovely and well protecteur Resort on Amelia Island. Thanks to the host for his kindness and flexibility. We enjoyed the area at our First stay in Florida: golf, culture, beaches and much more. A Great place to come back to.

Beautiful location and property!!

This property was everything I was hoping for and more! The decor was beautiful, the shower head was a fantastic massager, the sheets and towels were top notch, the kitchen was well outfitted (including tea and coffe!) , the patio was very private and the beach supplies & magnifying makeup were the icing on the cake!! The owner checked on us during our stay and the keyless entry worked perfectly! PS the blanket in the living room felt like cashmere and made it feel like home💜

The unit is located in the center of the Omni Amelia Island Resort on the second floor of a two story building. Each bedroom has a separate balcony where you have nice tennis court views while sitting under a canopy of trees with hanging Spanish Moss. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living room (which has high, vaulted ceilings), allowing for privacy. The bedroom has a king size bed and mounted 39" smart TV.
