This unit is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort in a very safe area. This is the `Hotel` side of the 2-sided condo. This is a great space for a 2 couples or family to share a hotel style condo nestled right in the center of the Island. This unit is the just a short walk to the beach and new 10 hole par 3 golf course!

- Beach Access - 0.3 miles
- New 10 hole par 3 course - 5 minute walk!
- Quaint downtown Fernandina Beach - 15 min by car

Think hotel room with a 2 queen bed setup, but larger with a beautiful outdoor patio with room for 4 to relax or eat. Stocked with a microwave, coffee nook (and complimentary coffee), and mini fridge, this unit is perfect for a long weekend with friends or family. With pool access just at the bottom of the stairs, this unit will be entirely yours.

This unit has its own private entrance with guest access to the condo pool. Beach access is 0.4 miles down the road and a 10 hole, par 3 golf course is a 5 minute walk!

We can be reached 24/7 in case of emergencies. For faster response and non-emergent questions, please message between 9am-6pm.

This unit is located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort. Canopied with beautiful trees and scattered with golf courses, Amelia Island is a place to relax and unwind. The Amelie Island Resort offers more than 1,350 acres of maritime forests and marshes, alongside miles of uncrowded beach front. Accessible through the Island guardhouse makes this an extremely safe location. Just a short drive from downtown Fernandina, it is definitely a place that begs to be explored!

Walking, biking, or golf carts are all popular to navigate The Omni Amelia Island Resort area.

Bring your own bike, or take a Segway tour, rent bikes or golf carts from `Amelia`s Wheels` located at 48 Amelia Village Cir, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

This property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to resort privileges or amenities. There is restricted access to the main hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park to only club members and their guests.

If bringing pet, there is a $75 pet fee. Please keep off bedding and furniture and clean up all pet refuse.

We try to be as accurate as possible and we don’t feel as though you received anything more or less than than what is described in our listing. Much better than a hotel

We love the Omni Amelia Island Resort, and this very large bedroom was the perfect place for our weekend. Sitting area with table, microwave, bar fridge, and coffee maker gave us just what we needed to not eat out every meal. And the activities on the resort gave plenty to do rain or shine. I would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom has a private balcony where you have nice tennis court views while sitting under a canopy of trees with hanging Spanish Moss. The coastal decorated bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a mini-fridge with freezer and a complimentary coffee nook with the sweeteners and cream.
