Luxury 4 Bedroom home with Private Pool Sleeps 10

Newly renovated villa with TWO king-bed master suites with ensuite bathrooms: one downstairs, the other up, in addition to 2 more bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with TV’s and plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The open floor plan boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The dining area has seating at the table as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kids will love their daily swims in the pool while you enjoy lounging on the patio.

The adjoining living area has new, upgraded furniture which affords enough room and comfort for the whole family to enjoy a movie together.

After a long day enjoying all that Orlando has to offer, you will be able to escape the city and truly relax. Just what you need for that home away from home feeling while on vacation.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The home was great and the Champions Gate amenities provide a variety of things to enjoy. Definitely would stay again.The Host was always a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to anything we needed.

Everything We Needed & More

Had a great stay with the kids & grandkids. Close proximity to the Kingdom, grocery stores & restaurants. The Clubhouse area was wonderful (& close enough to walk). The grandkids liked "their" private pool on site even better. So nice to have kitchen and laundry on site, would have a hard time staying at a hotel again. Our only drawback was the beds were to soft for our liking, but that is purely a subjective item (my wife like a bed like a concrete slab :) )

GREAT VACATION RENTAL

Tracey is an amazing host, 5 stars is not enough!!! The property was gorgeous, very relaxing and quiet. The private pool area was fantastic, the kids loved the pool. The property is close to shopping and restaurants, and is an easy drive to the Disney parks. We will definitely look at booking here again for our next Orlando vacation.

Absolutely beautiful home away from home.

We had such an amazing week. Tracey was responsive at every minute, property was beautiful. Beds comfy after a long day at the parks. Community was amazing. We had such a great time and would highly recommend to all.

EPIC / RELAXING/ HOST OF THE YEAR AWARD!

Our host, Tracey thought of everything ….. her caring and Amazing Hostess demeanor began before we even arrived …. Checking in to see if there was anything we needed before we arrive and being available 24/7 - literally …. 24/7! lol to guide us or assist us with anything. The house was great! The backyard / pool area …. My favorite part personally! The house has everything PLUS for any family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tracey and her property! Tracey, we hope to visit again soon!

Great Rental and Host

Our family of 4 stayed over spring break and we had a great stay. The place had plenty of room and could have accommodated even more guests. Tracey was an excellent host and went above and beyond our expectations. The house was very clean, great layout and pretty decor. Home was in a gated community and had a Publix right around the corner. Parks were close enough by even with the spring break traffic. It was nice to have our own heated pool and have access to the resort amenities as well. 5 star rating for this rental!

Wonderful Host

The host was super helpful, and the communication from the start to finish was impressive. Her place was as pictured and loved it. Champions Gate needs to work on entry into complex during high traffic times. That's our only complaint. Otherwise we loved it!

Private, clean and charming property in Champions Gate

Wow! A lovely and tastefully decorated very clean house with all the amenities in Champions Gate. We were a group of 6, the two grandchildren loved their Moana and Avatar rooms. In addition, the house has two stories with a king bed and bathroom downstairs and a king ensuite upstairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The private back patio and south facing well-kept (heated) pool were most appreciated! We were able to enjoy the excellent facilities at the Oasis club as part of our stay at this property. Our host Tracey answered our questions quickly and we received our check-in information promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again!

2025 Summer vacation

The first issue we encountered upon arrival was that we were unable to open the glass sliding door. My husband had to walk around to the back of the unit in order to get it open.The second, more serious concern was the cleanliness of the unit. Every bed in the house had stains on the sheets and visible hair, which was extremely disappointing. I immediately contacted the property manager, who assured me that housekeeping would come the following day to change the linens. I received an email at 8 a.m. confirming that the cleaning crew would arrive that day.However, the cleaners did not show up until after 8 p.m.—12 hours later. By that point, I had already gone to Walmart, purchased new sheets, washed them, and cleaned and disinfected the house myself to ensure my family could sleep comfortably. When the crew finally arrived, I politely declined their service.I have been staying in ChampionsGate for five years and have never had an issue with cleanliness until now. This experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

Inaccurate listing of property

Property was beautiful but it listed a hot tub at the property which was not there. Property also listed that there would be a cleaning fee for using the bbq grill if it was not cleaned. I left the grill cleaner than when I arrived and I was still charged the fee. Also the bed in the upstairs master bedroom had a horrible mattress. The entire bed sunk towards the middle when you laid on the mattress. Upstairs shower in the small bathroom was dangerous. My adult daughter slipped and fell on the slippery shower floor once and almost fell a second time.
