Cabin and location great. Host very easy to teach and very helpful. Carpet in bedroom needed cleaning, but end of busy summer season so I can understand. Convenient to great food and activities. Near great golf course.

Carolyn, Cindy and I are so glad you had a nice time! The carpet in the bedroom wasn't dirty, it got stained somehow. The carpet will be replaced with a new one or hardwood floors to match the rest of the cabin. Thank you again!

The Cozy cabin was perfect for our one night stay. It is right on the water with lovely views of the marina and steps away from great food spots and the country store. Perfect for those with a boat or if you plan to rent. This Sweet lil cabin has everything you would want. Craig was amazing, we will be back for sure.

Lovely Home

We booked this property based almost solely on its description as having a sandy beach - which in reality is a +/- 4’ strip of sand leading into a marginally clean boat basin. It is much better suited for boaters, as all of our neighbors were, who sought out swimming spots.

Jeff, This is our first 3 star review all others have been 5 star. I'm fine with that, but your description just isn't accurate. The beach is about 10 ft wide not 4 as you stated in your review and literally is the first picture shown in the description. You also see our very large boat docks connected on the property. We can only control the Sandy Beach up until the water it's illegal to dump sand any further. We rake it and clean it often, but it's still a like and we have never had any complaints about the water quality from any renters from any of the three units there. I saw you multiple times while you were there for 3 days and you never mentioned any of your concerns to me. You seemed very satisfied. I would suggest in the future if something is very important to you, I would reach out to the host directly before you rent to ensure your satisfaction. Cindy and I are sorry we did not meet your expectations.

Winnisquam 4th of July

Cozy comfortable clean cabin strategically located near friends’ lake compound and the Country Store—so convenient for best breakfast sandwiches & coffee. Host Craig, who also owns the store, was extremely friendly and responsive. He even brought over new beach towels. Check-in and out were seamless. Washer/dryer a plus. Overall, a wonderful visit for us lake people!

Special retreat

We had a relaxing time in this fabulous cottage with the view of the lake making it extra special. Craig was attentive to our needs and we thank him very much. The country store was the greatest for breakfast sandwiches and the Lobster connection couldn't be beat. The bedroom rug was my concern which is why it didn't get 5 stars.

Celebrated our anniversary ❤️

Last minute decision to stay at this vrbo on the water. Actually was less than some hotels we were considering. We had easy access to so many wonderful things from visiting family & friends in Concord, to Tilton Outlets, and Winnisquam & Winnipesaukee activities. DOX is a cool bar/restaurant close by. Craig is responsive & a great person. He owns the country store there; they have great breakfast/lunch options plus if you need a few other quick items. We will cherish our week stay, even though we had a lot of rain, we had a blast. Thank you again.

Hidden Oasis

5+ Stay!! We happened upon this last minute and it could not have been more perfect. Craig (the property owner) went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The Cabin/Cottage felt like home the moment we stepped inside. Newly renovated with modern appliances (super quiet dish washer, washer & dryer), a very comfortable bed, plenty of all types of linens and all the utensils and household needs are there. The bathroom is a great size with a shower unit. The a/c unit was more than efficient. There are two ceiling fans that work great as well. Now the outside! The sandy beach where you can walk right into the water is about 15 feet from the the small porch where we had coffee every morning, sitting in the provided lounge chairs (that have clip-on table/cup holders). The lawn is a perfect place to play games or just relax. We could have brought our boat and docked right out-front of our place, we will next time! There was a glitch in the internet and it was handled quickly. His communication is excellent and timely. Craig came over to check-in and make sure we had everything we needed. We learned this is a family owned and operated business. They own the Winnisquam Country Store (also 5+stars try the breakfast sandwich!) and the Ice cream truck all within a minutes walk! If you click on this rental and it's available, JUST DO IT!!
