Come make memories or watch the big game in our family-friendly home near the lake with two theatre areas, game area and a waffle bar to make your own Belgian or mini waffles!
Enjoy movies with the family in our downstairs theatre area with seating for 8 (with a concession stand where you can pop your own popcorn or make sno-cones) or the upstairs reclining theatre chairs with seating for 3 and a 60 inch screen. Free parking for up to 3 cars and boat pad.
Across from Chapel Hill Park & lake!

You’ll have access to the entire property except for spaces that are marked for storage or are cardioned off for access such as near the water heater and furnace.

Cozy for sure!

When we pulled we both said awww its a cute little bungalow,tri level. Walked in and was surprised at how roomy it was!! Its Eclectic as well!! It was nice to park in the garage as well. All of the stores were close by!! The host was very helpful and detailed. I appreciated the notes around the house!

Home Away From Home

This was actually a home away from home. Very homey and if you have kids they're going to have a ball! I cannot say enough about our hostess Michelle! She is the absolute greatest you will ever deal with guaranteed! She stays in touch and make sure you have everything that you need or want! I'm sad I won't be having any more contact with her I think we could have been great friends!

Great location!

My family had a great stay at this house. It was clean and tidy and described perfectly. We had one small issue while we were there and Michelle took care of it quickly and kept us informed. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the home!

Amazing Stay

Booked this home for our week long stay in Atlanta and this host is beyond amazing! We drove 12 hours and arrived earlier than expected and Michelle allowed us to check in early which was sooo appreciated after a long all night drive. Check in was super easy and Michelle literally sent us everything we could think of, things to do, how to work things in the home, places to see and eat she thought of it all. She was responsive from booking until well after checkout, any thing we needed she accommodated immediately. This home has everything listed and more and the kids loved the games we played Monopoly and jenga pretty much all week lol. The property has the basic essentials you need down to seasonings and other items needed to cook, a waffle bar that was fully equipped and popcorn/snow cone machines which we didn’t get a chance to use but was cool to have. I can go on and on but Michelle definitely made this stay feel like a home away from home. Great location not far from the city and other popular attractions even has a park right across the street if you’re traveling with kids. I love that the kids had so much room to move around and have their own space it was well worth it we will definitely be back our next trip to Atlanta. Thank you so much for everything!

Family vacation

My family came to stay to visit Conyers, Covington, and go to the Atlanta Race. The house was nice, and my kids loved it. Cozy house is very much the perfect definition for this house.

Fun House w/ Great Host Communications

The kids enjoyed the game room. We loved the space it gave compared to being in a small hotel room. There was enough space for all of us, although it would have been nice for a king size bed in one of the rooms (our littles won't sleep in a bed without one of us when away from home) so a queen bed made it harder to sleep 4 than a king. Michelle stayed in touch throughout our trip and gave many suggestions as well as very informative of our surroundings. Overall a great place to stay in what felt like a safe neighborhood and home.

Fun filled weekend.

We had an amazing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and nice with a pleasant view. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the theater and game room and it was the perfect fit for our weekend trip.

It’s a good place

Not a bad place at all place is as advertised and the owners where very helpful and clear with there information and communication making it where I didn’t need to ask any questions about anything about how things work or what they wanted us to do. Check in and out process was very simple, the only complaint I could really think of is the garage is pretty small so if you have a bigger vehicle it more then likely won’t fit, the keyless entry code was pretty long but I get it it’s just a temporary code probably auto generated so not really a complaint just a minor inconvenience if we went to leave and someone forgot something, other then that it’s a good place

Peaceful house in a great location

My mother, her small dog and I planned a vacation to visit my daughter and son in law that live in Atlanta. The host was terrific!! She kept us informed every step of the way and even gave us tips on things to do and places to eat in the area. The house is well stocked and we even had a personalized sign and complimentary waters waiting when we arrived. I loved the house, it is just as described in the description and the area is beautiful. There is a garage and a fenced in back yard for the dog! Thank you Michelle for being an awesome host and I would definitely recommend this house for families with kids also. There is a game room down stairs with tons of books, games and a movie theater!

Kindness and Convenience

The hostess was able to accommodate last minute additional stay. Communication was very detailed and specific to my questions. The location was conveniently close to all that we needed to make this an enjoyable trip. Everything was neat and in its place.

An excellent place & experience in Decatur Georgia

I absolutely adored Michelle's place! Her description was spot on in every detail. The accommodations were spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, and we discovered several conveniently located grocery stores within a mile, all with friendly locals. The beds were impeccably made with fresh linens, providing the perfect setting for a restful night's sleep. Michelle proved to be an outstanding host, as she had thoughtfully provided instructions for frequently asked questions right on the fridge. The cleanliness of the place upon our arrival was so impressive that you could practically dine off the floors. While we explored downtown, the commute from Michelle's place was always conveniently short. If I ever find myself back in Atlanta, there's no doubt I would choose her place again. The price was right, and everyone in my group was delighted with our decision.

simple and relaxing

So much to list. Wonderful, prompt, fast & simple communication. Kind friendly hosts.1st greeted by a nice note and bottles of water. Appreciated all the details from how to use the door lock to cleaning a waffle maker. The three of us enjoyed waffles in the morning and being able to make dinner in the evening. Plenty of fluffy towels and everything from sugar to cleaning supplies could be found. Love the option to be able to tidy as we went. The three of us could have our own space but enjoyed watching tv on the comfy recliners in the upstairs living room. Lovely area. Peach tree Trail nearby and Dekalb World Market. The lake across the street was nice. 9:30/10pm it got very quiet; you could hear the crickets and such. it was nice to open the blinds and see the sun through the leaves in the morning. Great that the aquarium is nearby as well as the airport. Michelle kept in contact even after check put. She made sure everything was going well even answering simple questions for us. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay and prompt simple process from reserving to check out. Thank you again to our gracious hosts.

Great experience

We had a wonderful time, despite the storm and power outage on our last night. Michelle and Ashley were very helpful with any and everything we needed. They kept us informed about power updates during the outage and offered to go get some candles and stuff for us during it. We had trouble with the door code the first day, but Michelle fixed that very quickly and efficiently! Would 100% stay here again! Great place and great hosts!

Holiday weekend or not…

Loved that it had a park but didn’t feel safe going there. Very busy perhaps due to holiday weekend. Home kitchen furnishings were difficult to use at best because knives were dull, everything stuck to the pans and can opener did not work. Quiet neighborhood other than park traffic and activities. Out dated furnishings. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Decatur stay was wonderful!

The property was beautiful! Very spacious and clean. The owner is amazing. We couldn’t have ask for better service or communication. She definitely takes pride in her property and she is very professional and lovely to talk with. She constantly checked to make sure we were okay after a rainstorm, updating us on possible places to visit, letting us know when maintenance would be outside for trash days, etc. For us the location was perfect- very short walking distance to a park and pond. Our fur babies loved the area almost as much as we did. 😊 It was only minutes from attractions and an area without heavy traffic flow. The only thing for us is that with it being so spacious it does involve flights of stairs that we weren’t expecting but we managed. 😉 We will definitely book here again. It really felt like home away from home. 💜
