Oasis in the Heart of The Villages (Lake Sumter area)

Our Oasis is located half way between Brownwood Square and Lake Sumter Landing (between 466 sand 466A) making it perfect for enjoying everything The Villages has to offer. Spacious and well appointed, our home has a fully equipped kitchen, screened in lanai, comfy living room, big beautiful master suite, and TV's in the Master, Den and Living room. Between all of the smart tv channels and our subscription to YoutubeTV you can watch just about anything! This de facto 3 bedroom is officially a 2 bedroom plus a Den with a sofa sleeper. We also provide two bikes, a set of pickle ball racquets, and a gass powered golf cart that converts easily to a 4 seater!

Golf is abundant in The Villages. Your Villages ID (which is provided) gives you the ability to schedule a round of golf on one of the 38 Executive courses with no greens fees or the 12 Championship courses for minimal "resident rate" greens fees. The Villages also offers countless organized activities at the recreational centers.

There is live music every night in the aforementioned town squares, and bars and restaurants galore, including the best happy hour in The Villages at Cane Garden Country Club which is just about a mile from the house.

We consider pets up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs). All pets must be pre-approved by owner.

Spacious, clean, and great location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It’s just as advertised in the listing. Very clean, lots of room, comfortable beds and furniture, and location can’t be best (easy access to both Sumter Landing and Brownwood). Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Nice golf cart and bikes (though we didn’t have the opportunity to use them). I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again!

Great Location and House

4 People stayed in this very comfortable house. Floor layout was great with bedrooms on separate sides of the house. Didn't brink golf clubs but it would have been great if a couple of used sets were there (renting clubs in the Villages is hard and expensive). Everything else was great.

Oasis away from home.

Oasis was an absolute dream come true. The property was flawless and described perfectly. Donna the property manager was a doll to work with. Our flight into Orlando was delayed and she adjusted her schedule to accommodate our late arrival. We loved touring the Villages on the golf cart. Thank you Donna for putting together the insulated Turvis cups for us. Thank you David and Katie for letting us stay at your wonderful home. We can not wait to return to Oasis again.

A Wonderful Day in The Neighborhood

This property is amazing. Located right in the heart of Buttonwood/Pennecamp. The house is beautiful, the access to the golf cart made The Villages experience great. The owner was exceptional. I would do this again in a heartbeat.
