Best VRBO experience ever! The house was spacious, clean, relaxing, and had everything needed. The pool was just as described and exactly what we wanted. Communication with host was great. Will definitely recommend!!

House was perfect. Just the right size for the 4 of us. Checkin process was easy and received the door code way in advance so there were no issues. House had lots of board games and pool toys which kept us busy.

The house was perfect

The house was perfect for our vacation. It was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen and living area were very spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The pool area, as well as the entire outdoor area, was very well maintained and simply wonderful, and we were able to relax wonderfully there. Our host, Michalina, took care of any problems immediately and was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet, and shopping and activities were within easy reach. I highly recommend the house.

Another wonderfully relaxing stay

This is our second stay and it was just as comfortable and relaxing as the first! We love this home, it is fully equipped with everything you may need to feel right at home. Our host Michelle has great communication, the home was immaculately clean and well organized. The neighborhood is very quiet, your not far from grocery stores, restaurants and the downtown river district.

Peaceful Serenity

I would give this property a grade of A. Super nice, very clean, Michalina is a great host and easy to get ahold of if needed. That being said, I didn’t have to contact her the place was PERFECT!!! I will definitely be attempting to book again in the future (like next year). Highly recommended!!!

Michalina Cape Coarl

This property was beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully laid out and very comfortable. Great location. Easy getting to shopping and activities. Very quiet neighborhood. Great pool. Michalina our host was super accommodating, friendly and very responsive. We only had a few questions for her which she responded to very quickly. Would definitely rent here again.

Great Home Base

My sister and I took our 83 year old dad on a trip for some bird watching and sea food. He loves both. This was a great home base for kayaking on Shell Creek, visiting the Corkscrew wildlife sanctuary, and to hit up local sea food joints. The house was clean and well appointed. The location and neighborhood were very peaceful and quiet. A great place to unwind from the days activities and enjoy a bottle of wine by the pool.

Peaceful and Perfect

We found this beautifully landscaped property to be a perfect place to relax. The beds, chairs and sofas were very comfortable. The appliances were top notch, running quietly and easy to operate. My husband is a retired art teacher. He mentioned how soothing he found the decor. We have stayed at 30 or more rental houses over our many years of travel. We consider this house to be in our top 5. The neighborhood is quiet. We walked safely and went in the heated pool at least twice a day. The canal is scenic with water lillies and a gated seawall. There is no heavy traffic or 3-minute red lights here. A Publix and restaurants are a short drive away. The owner is very accomodating and easy to contact.

Lovely Home

This house proved to be very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could ever want. The host was a great communicator, responding quickly to any of my questions. Pool water was nice and warm and the outdoor tv was especially enjoyed. What really stood out is the all inclusive pricing...not having to worry about electricity, pool heat, cleaning etc. at the end of our stay. The quoted price is what we paid. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Our stay was excellent. The pool was especially outstanding. Our host was great in her communication with us. The only disappointing part of the stay was that in the listing, it stated that there was a hot tub which in fact, was not true. Overall, though, we loved our stay. In fact, we've already rented it for next year.

Exactly what we look for

We come to the area to golf each year. No longer interested in the beach scene. We look for a nice house with a pool/patio area. This one was perfect. Clean and well equipped with everything we could need. Had a great time and would stay again!

Perfect get away

We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Perfect space for our short Christmas get away. Pool area was comfy, loved the ping pong table, kitchen was a great space, loved the living room area as well!

Our Favorite vrbo

From the approval to the time of check out, Michelle was very much on top of communication. The house is beautiful. We loved the floorplan. The kitchen is very well equipped. Much more than most that we've stayed at. We plan on making this our regular place to stay.

Feriendomizil Cape Coral (Jacaranda)

2024 waren wir das erste Mal nach 7 Jahren wieder in Florida. Das Haus lag zwar ziemlich abseits von unserem üblichen Bereich, dafür konnte es punkten mit toller Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Service. Dieses Ferienhaus gehört zu den saubersten, welche wir bis jetzt hatten. Das ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Faktor. Die Ausstattung war für unser Empfinden top. Die Betten waren bequem, die Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man üblicherweise braucht (Handtücher, sogar Pflege- und Waschprodukte). Die Küche war im Gegensatz zu unseren vorherigen Ferienhäusern gut ausgestattet mit Besteck, Gewürzen, Kräutern, Soßen, Tee, Kaffee etc. - das war sehr unerwartet. Die Garage war befüllt mit Freizeitausstattung (Strandstühle, Tischtennisplatte, Sonnenschirmen und vieles mehr). Fernseher gab es im Kinderzimmer, im großen Schlafzimmer und eine Top-Multimedia-Anlage im Wohnzimmer, die ich als Film-Fan sehr genossen habe ;-). Nach einem gewaltigen Unwetter war der Strom komplett weg. Nach einem Telefonat mit Michalina (Vermieterin) hat sie sich sofort gekümmert. Es kamen nach relativ kurzer Zeit Techniker, die auf der Straße einen komplett durchgerauchten Transformator mit Zubehör austauschen mussten. Da diese Aktion länger dauerte, hat uns Michalina mit Getränken per Eilboten versorgt. Dafür bedanken wir uns ausdrücklich, weil das nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem: top, super, außergewöhnlich. Wir sagen tausendmal danke, danke, danke...

Perfect quiet get away

Wonderful vacation home well equipped with everything may possibly need to unwind and relax. The pool area is perfect bbq, tv, rocker chairs and to our surprise even had a canopy for over the pool so we could cool off but stay out of the sun which was great. The bed was so comfy and cozy perfect for a good night sleep after a long day of sun and fun. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back again. Thank you 😊

Beautiful house

Our family were very pleased to stay at this house. Pool is clean and heated, house is clean and well furnished. We were fishing at the canal which was so much fun. We would definitely come back here again. ❤️

The house was everything the pictures show and more. Host was easy to contact and extremely helpful. She even had a package of bathroom tissue delivered to us midweek so that she was sure we would not run out. Home had everything we needed and the pool was great. If this home is still available next time we come to Florida will definitely rent it again.

Great Family Vacation Home!

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful house. It was so well organized, prepped for guests, spacious and clean. The pool was very nice for the kids and us to enjoy, along with the outdoor seating area. The house had everything you needed, which I have not experienced with other homes we have spent at for vacations. The house was filled with very nice furnishings to fit a large family to mingle comfortably, and was in a nice area. The host was very kind, communicated well, and was very helpful. Definitely look for the baby alligators in the canal behind the house, we named Lyle. Such a great house to stay at, will definitely choose to stay again, if available on our next Florida vacation. Highly recommended!!
