We stayed at this rental for 4 nights. The check in process was easy. We got there at night and we were a little disappointed because usually you are greeted with water, some snacks, coffee and there were none. It would have been nice to have some of these things upon our arrival. The place is at the beach and it lacked items to go to the beach like beach chairs and umbrellas. It did have a beach chair but was broken and other chairs but not specifically for the beach. The place has a beautiful view of the beach, ocean, and surrounding buildings. But it’s too hot to sit outside on the balcony because the a/c unit is there so it makes it hotter. Puerto Rico is a hot place but having the units there makes it insoportable even at night. The building does not have a pool, looked like it was under construction. The rental offers the option to go to the next door hotel but one has to pay in order to use it. The condo is in a transitable area with restaurants, pharmacies, bars etc. The people that work at the condo building were nice and offered us information when we needed.
