Menos de una cuadra (literalmente a unos pocos pasos) de toda la emoción que 5th Avenue tiene para ofrecer, como boutiques, teatro, galerías de arte y muchos restaurantes. La playa está a pocos pasos también. ¡Dos sillas de playa, una sombrilla (con estaca de arena), 2 toallas de playa, un refrigerador pequeño e incluso una bolsa de mano están disponibles para su uso!

Este condominio también tiene un lugar de estacionamiento designado para que no tenga que tratar de encontrar un lugar para estacionar. Te encantará no tener que hacer eso. No ir a la lavandería tampoco. Este condominio tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo. Todo lo que necesita está allí (ollas y sartenes, cafetera, pequeños electrodomésticos, sartenes, tazones, toallas y mucho más).

Excellent accommodations

The unit is well appointed, comfortable, and welcoming. The courtyard is lovely, and it's a great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The owner is also very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Clean, quiet, safe, less than a 9 minute walk to Naples Beach and a minute walk to 5th Ave. Mark was very helpful and great communication. Would definitely come back.

Location, Accommodations, and Hospitality!

It was like staying at your best friend’s condo in the perfect location in Naples. EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want was there! All you needed were your clothes, swimsuit, and a few favorite bites to eat. Of course, we ate out at all the fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The bed was so comfy and had the cutest all cotton Southern Tide percale sheets- I was in heaven! Of course, your best friend would have the place immaculate and be accommodating and available for all your questions about the TV, internet, etc. Mark, the owner feels like our best friend, he was always available to respond to us day or night, as we were sometime technically challenged 😂. And the beach is just a lovely stroll away! We had a fabulous time and hope to return. I actually didn’t want to write such a glowing review because it would lessen our chance of booking the dates we want in the future, but I had to give Mark and his adorable condo kudos!

Great Location

Great place to stay for a week for two people. Enjoyed the lounge chairs by the pool. Would have preferred cotton sheets over polyester on the bed. All appliances worked and shower was fine.

Best location

Excellent location in the defining attribute of this property. Close enough to shopping, great food, beach access and tennis courts, but still quiet. I brought two kids (ages 10 and 12) which made the space a bit tight. We knew this when booking though, so it wasn't really a negative. The condo definitely lends itself to just one couple however. Mark, the owner, is very easy to work with and communication went smoothly. The only downside, which the owner has no control over, is other renters/owners within the complex. There are only twelve units total with a small courtyard situated in the middle. If there happen to be inconsiderate people throwing a party in the courtyard until 3am... sound travels really well. This would primarily be of concern if the pull out couch is utilized as the living room is directly off the courtyard. Again, this isn't a fault of the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again with just my husband. Just something of which to be aware. We look forward to visiting such a beautiful area in the future.

Wonderful experience!

We just returned from 11days at this property. The communication and responsiveness of the owner, Mark, made everything so easy and simple from the moment of booking to check out. The locations is amazing. We walked 4 blocks to the beach everyday and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. It’s a small, quaint complex that is 1/2 block from a myriad of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and found other neighborhood restaurants we loved as well. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking if that is your preference. Beach chairs and towels are plentiful. Honestly, you don’t need to bring anything extra. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend without hesitation. Oh, the pool is literally steps from your door, heated and seldom used. It’s like your own private pool.

Perfect location with plenty to do.

We loved the location and found that there is plenty of activities within walking distance. The property is well managed and clean. We did find that the TV in the bedroom was too small to use and lacked channels to watch. The specific unit we stayed in was very basic and struck me as low end for the area.

Perfect vacation rental!

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and roomy the condo was for us. The location was fantastic. Steps from the restaurants and shops on 5th Ave. and a short walk to the beach. It's truly a little gem in Old Naples!!

Winter Getaway in Naples

The central location of this unit is terrific and the dedicated parking space makes it easy to come and go. The unit is nicely equipped, especially the kitchen, making for a comfortable stay. Mark was very helpful with information needed as we made plans for our stay. The property would benefit from heating the pool and providing a couple of extra chairs and chaises poolside. It should be said that there is currently major construction across the street from early morning to mid afternoon resulting in noise and truck traffic that is difficult to ignore.

Fantastic Condo! Awesome Location! Perfect in every way!

First let me say Mark and Mitzi, the owners of the property were so wonderful to work with in preparing for the trip, during our trip, and after our stay as well. Mark was easy to contact, always available and answered any questions we had extremely quickly. We did not have a single issue during our stay and I have no doubt had there been one it would have been taken care of immediately. We had all the information we needed regarding access to the property, driving instructions were simple, and the condo is conveniently located and very easy to find. The condo itself was perfect for us! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and priced affordable! It was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals and they even have all the necessary beach equipment for you to use while at the beach. They offer beach towels, a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, sandcastle toys, and a small cooler. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have all of these items! One of my favorite things about the condo was the pool which is located directly outside the front door. It was perfect for when we chose to forgo the beach. It was peaceful, refreshing, and such a delight! The absolute BEST part of this property is the location! Prime location people!!! The condo is located right off of 5th Avenue right in the heart of downtown Naples. It was easy to come and go all day long, visit the local shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach is just a short stroll away! This property was a real pleasure to stay in! I have zero negatives and zero complaints and we will always book this condo whenever we visit Naples! Thank you for the memories and the over-the-top rental! I've recommended this property to everyone I know planning travel to Naples and I cannot wait to visit again!

Just what we were looking for!

This condo was just what we wanted - close to restaurants, so we could walk for dinner, perfect distance to the beach for a run and then a walk back to the pier. The condo had everything we needed - we didn't lack anything. We love this gated complex - it's quiet and the pool is small and feels like our personal place - not a big, noisy pool overflowing with people. The other neighbors were quiet and friendly and it was just perfect for small families and adults. We loved having a parking space, pool supplies, internet. The owner, Mark, was so helpful, stayed in contact, made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It was perfect start to finish - thank you so much!!!

We looked for years and although we found houses with yards and pools, when we saw the location of this condo we had to have it even though it was twice the cost of the houses we had seen and completely gutted. The renovations turned out beautifully. We bought it to use, to rent and to some day sell. Our choice was fantastic; we've never regretted it. Naples is a beautiful area and this condo is just a few steps away from the wonderful 5th Avenue in downtown Naples.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are in downtown Naples just off the fabulous 5th Avenue area so we are very close to the unique boutiques, amazing art galleries and diverse restaurants. Our unit is very quiet, therefore it is great to also take a break from the action on 5th Avenue if you want to get away from it all. we also enjoy a short walk to the beach or to Cambier Park where our family enjoys concerts, taking our daughter to the kids play area, and playing tennis on one of the many courts available there. We also love to just walk or go for a quick run around the beautiful neighborhood.
