A restful, beautiful 3 bedroom upper east side townhome - with 3 outdoor spaces
Please call for special pricing….Our family has enjoyed our home for 25+ years with friends & family from all over the world. We are exploring other adventures and from time to time would love to share our home w/new friends who will treat it with love and enjoy a restful and inviting place after spending a day in our wonderful city. Located in the upper east side, we are a few blocks away from the beauty and peace of Central Park, museum mile (the Met, Guggenheim, etc), and if you use the subway - the q train which goes everywhere! Recently those needing a special place to stay while undergoing medical treatment at Mount Sinai have chosen to stay with us.
What makes our home special? Cozy, kind - a place filled with comfort. The ground floor is a beautiful area for all to enjoy - high ceilings, an outdoor space, comfy couches to lounge, a fully equipped kitchen. The next floors each hold a bedroom - privacy when needed - and two additional outdoor spaces - one off the master and the third on the top floor!
What else? As this is a permanent residence for our family, please treat our home as if it was yours....We don't rent our place often but do want to share with wonderful people.
If you are looking for a "sterile" environment our home is not your best choice - if you want to stay in a nyc family residence - this may be the right place for you.
