A lofted living space overlooks the dining area and is furnished with a queen-size sofa bed and game boards to enjoy.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty dishes in the gleaming kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances.
Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar with seating for four. When dinner is served, the dining table holds eight.

BED & BATH

The primary suite is complete with a queen bed and high ceilings with exposed wood beams. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Head to the deck to take in the forested views with the mountains in the distance. Relax while sipping your favorite beverage, or dine alfresco at the four-person table.

Parking is available for four cars. Due to the steep driveway, the all-wheel-drive may be necessary for the winter months. Street parking is prohibited.

This house has a two-story layout and is accessed via an external flight of stairs. A long-term tenant occupies the lower-level unit.

This vacation home is not equipped with air-conditioning but does have portable cooling and heating. The windows near the ceiling in the primary suite do not have coverings and offer natural morning light.

With proximity to Highway 80, some road noise may be heard at this location when windows are open.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The outdoor furniture at the property may be stored and unavailable during the winter months.

LOCATION

Year-round mountain activities abound nearby. Enjoy world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking, all within proximity of your door.

Drive 5 minutes to Donner Lake, where you can partake in water sports, including paddleboarding, kayaking, and water skiing. Tee off at golf courses within a 10-minute drive.

Spend winter days skiing at Northstar Ski Resort, a first-class year-round mountain paradise. A vacation at Northstar at Tahoe should be at the top of your list.

This rental is located on the second floor.
Parking notes: There are four spaces located in the driveway. This home does not have a garage. No more than two vehicles may be parked at this property. The road to this home is steep and narrow. Vehicles equipped with chains or 4WD with traction tires must access it in the winter. Please do not park in the roadway or block neighboring driveways.

Guest entry instructions:
This rental utilizes a digital lock box that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Other things to note:
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
Strict ordinances govern Truckee vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions.
Maximum allowable occupancy is eight people and four cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine).
Over-occupancy, excess vehicles or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to penalties assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and unsuitable for large/noisy groups. No pets or smoking allowed.
