Convenient and Great Host

The location was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was great! Always available to help when needed.

Very satisfied with this place!

My friends and I stayed here for a few days to visit the beach. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and Ashely gave clear instructions on everything we needed to do. The place is exactly what is posted and was clean and comfortable! There were toiletries and towels provided and washer and dryer access. Very convenient spot if you need something near the beach. Thank you Ashely for everything!

Bowling trip

At first we were not sure about the area,but once we got settled in we felt ok.the area is the old area of east hill, but overall the location; the home itself was great. We have stayed in the east hill area three times now,and three different homes.

Cute and Quiet

We were unsure about the location when we arrived but found it to be a quiet little neighborhood that was convenient for us, in between the beach and Navy base. We were unable to log in to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympics but Ashley made it happen. She was quick and easy to reach.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Ashley was so east to communicate with! The property came as described! The only issue we encountered was the bed room with twin beds stayed warmer due to how the sun rises and sets. It was exactly 15 min from Pensacola beach & minutes from Krispy Kreme donuts & Starbucks! Would definitely recommend renting this property! ❤️

Exactly what we needed

Came in to town to see my son and visit my granddaughters. This was the perfect setup. The house was clean and felt like home (away from home). Location was close to shopping, dining, movies, etc. Free wifi as well as several premium channels on the tv made it easy to occupy the granddaughters. Communications with Ashley were always responded to in a timely fashion. Neighborhood was quiet. Definitely will return if i need long-term stay again. Thank you Ashley!

Disappointed

We had stayed here before,but this time the grass was 2 feet high, the house was not very clean.our friends went to take a shower,and the towels in the closet were damp.bring extra toilet paper,and paper towels. I spoke with the host about these issues,but we still had to pay the full amount.

Highly recommend

The house and property were clean and well maintained. The owner was great... it has a Keurig, but before arriving we expressed having a coffee pot. ..we are big coffee drinkers, the owner made sure there was a actual coffee pot and supplies set up for us.. There were 3 adults and it was perfect and room for more! It's a super cute place. Has a small covered sitting area for having morning coffee and a larger deck around back if you had more ppl. We arrived late and The neighborhood made us question our decision initially but we never had a minutes trouble and it was always very quiet.. actually didn't see much activity at all. It was only a few minutes drive to the beach as well as gas stations, restaurants, grocery store and Walmart. Yet far enough from the busyness of life. If we are in the area again. I will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean and Quiet

We came for my daughter's college graduation. The house was very clean, cozy, well decorated and close to everything we needed. It definitely felt like a home away from home, like you were staying with family. Ashley was a wonderful hostess, cannot ask for better. She was more than helpful with all my questions and concerns prior to our arrival and was very quick to respond. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We all slept very well. The house is in one of the older neighborhoods, but the neighbors are quiet, very nice and friendly. Very quiet area, no traffic noise! We found all the accommodations to be as stated in the description of the property. We arrived at 2:30am, and the outside patio lights were on, and they made it very warm and welcoming! Easy to see what you were doing, which made us feel welcome to the house. They came on every evening so we could easily find our way back into the house. Easy access to the house, had no concerns while we were there, felt extremely safe. We had a great time while we were there. Would highly recommend this home. Very happy we chose this house to stay at. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Pensacola.

Neighborhood isn’t great, house wasn’t clean on check in. Host did offer to have someone clean, but seemed pointless after we had all of our stuff moved in house is not has it appears in photos definitely not in the best condition. House is also for sake which I was not aware of. Tried to get some resolution with the host and VRBO for some sort of compensation, but nothing happened with either one of them.
