Welcome to the Grand Caribbean in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. Our condo is located directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches of Orange Beach. The Cotton Bayou is located off of the backside of the complex with a public boat launch next door.
Our condo is on the 4th and TOP floor with multiple elevators to service the unit.
Our condo has a main floor with a loft area and plenty of space for your family to enjoy their vacation.
The main floor has a large living area and a bench style dining table for your entire family to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is ready for you to make food and memories. We have everything you will need to make a dinner you won't forget. The refrigerator is large with a built in ice maker for your convivence. The living area has a large sofa and chair for you to lounge in while watching the cable TV.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor as well. The first is the master suite with a luxurious king bed and a view of the gulf from your bed. There is also a large on suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The bedroom has a large TV with cable for you to catch your favorite shows. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. The bedroom has a smart TV that is ready for your streaming service. The second bathroom is also located on the first floor and is complete with a walk-in shower.
The loft is accessed with an adorable spiral stair case and includes an additional sleeping area. The loft has a full sized bed as well as a twin day bed with a trundle. The loft also has a TV with cable for your use.
Through the living area, you will find a balcony with trex furniture for you to enjoy a sunrise and some coffer or a good book, while watching the wave crash in to the sand.
The property also has a grilling area, beautiful swimming pool, and gym. You will also find a public boat launch directly behind the property.
The walk to the beach is easy! Use the sidewalk around the property to the crosswalk that is maintained by a pedestrian crossing signal. Once across, you will be at the Cotton Bayou beach access. You will find large wooden turtles at the beach entry that have beach toys for your little ones to enjoy.
We recommend bringing a beach cart to make it easy to bring your beach gear down to the water.
The Wharf is about 5 miles from the condo and makes for a great activity for families looking for shopping, dining or desert.
The Gulf is about 1 mile from the condo and offers dinner and drinks with a casual beachside setting and allow you to watch all the boaters coming and going.
Several grocery stores are available about a 1 minute drive away including Rouses, Publix and Walmart market.
You will have access to the entire condo.
There is an onsite owners closet that will remain locked throughout your stay.
Parking fees INCLUDED in rental!
2 parking passes are included in your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles may be on the property. If you are traveling with more vehicles, you will need to park the extra vehicles off property for the duration of your stay. 2 passes will be left in the condo upon your arrival. Please fill out the parking pass COMPLETELY as security does check.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
No parking of any RV's, busses, boats or trailers on property.

Welcome to our happy place in Orange Beach, Alabama. My husband and I with out 3 daughters enjoy travel of all kinds. We find that spending time on the beaches in OBA is one of our favorite ways to relax as a family.
You will be in the heart of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. A minute walk to the white sand beaches. The Wharf is 5 miles away. The Flora-Bama is just a quick drive down the beach. Many great restaurants like The Gulf, Playa, Fisher's and Cobalt just minutes away. Walking distance to Publix and Rouses. Cotton Bayou Beach access is across the street. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony.
