Este condominio frente al mar en el 4to piso en el complejo Mariner East está convenientemente ubicado en las hermosas playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México en Panama City Beach, Florida. Esta unidad acaba de ser actualizada por nuevos propietarios. Tiene una cama king size en el dormitorio principal con baño completo adjunto con encimera de granito y combinación de bañera / ducha. También hay una gran televisión de pantalla plana en la habitación principal con todas las camas y pisos nuevos. El condominio cuenta con otro baño completo con combinación de bañera / ducha y una habitación con literas con dos camas individuales y TV para los niños. Hay una espaciosa sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana, todos los muebles nuevos que incluyen un sofá cama Queen Sunbrella con colchón de 6 pulgadas, un nuevo sillón reclinable y asientos tipo banqueta con espacio de almacenamiento debajo. El condominio está decorado con toques rústicos para incluir una pared característica de paleta. También tiene una cocina completa con estufa de superficie plana y horno de microondas de convección. Afuera en el patio hay cómodos asientos para disfrutar de esas hermosas puestas de sol. Hay sillas, sombrillas y juguetes de playa disponibles para su uso en la sala de lavandería completa frente a la puerta principal del condominio. Ya sea que disfrute de tumbarse en la piscina o sentarse en la playa hasta después del atardecer, disfrutará de este complejo familiar más pequeño que está lo suficientemente cerca de restaurantes y vida nocturna, pero no justo al lado. Este complejo está a aproximadamente 1/2 milla del parque estatal St Andrews y aproximadamente a 1 1/2 millas desde el comienzo de Front Beach Rd.

Wonderful Condo for Wonderful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It’s a great space, nicely updated, very clean. Amazing beach front view, and spacious balcony to enjoy! The condo complex is clean and well kept. Nice, clean pool and great private beach access for guest of Mariner East only. Plenty of parking with easy access to building. Over all a wonderful experience in a beautiful condo.

Great View!

First thing is the view-unbelievable and so close to the beach. On quiet end of the beach and very family friendly. Overall we had a fantastic time and the condo was great. Kitchen has everything you need (maybe some large mixing bowls would be a great addition) but really well stocked. Could use a few extra towels for longer staying guests. Would be nice to have towels to use while washing a load but for a few days we were fine. The only negatives would be I didn't know we needed to pay an additional fee for having a second car. If that was in the description I must have missed it. If I hadn't asked about it we may have had a vehicle towed. Door handle was broken on sliding glass door to balcony, like it came completely off and we had to hand slid the door to get it and out. The description should also really explain that the "second bedroom" is not really a bedroom. It is a bed in what feels like a closet. There is a tv in there but it is tight and if you have issues with space this is not for you. Kids might be alright with this set up but adults might not. I would have passed on this place had I known the "room" was like this, but we made it work. There is also a constant buzzing noise from the AC unit in the hallway. Kinda drives you crazy at first but I got used to it. Again there were way more positives about this place than negatives. Laundry room is across the hall in the breezeway. There are also a lot of things you can use in there for the beach. Great place!

Great location, amenities need upgrade

This was our second stay in Mariner East. We absolutely love the simplicity of it. When we arrived we were told the bedroom tv didn’t work & the internet had issues. Also,repair was scheduled for a couple days into our stay.Living room was a smart tv,required internet & hardly worked. The main bedroom tv not working was certainly not ideal, because I had given that to my parents for their private getaway. Mid visit we were informed tv & internet would not be repaired until we were done with our stay. The balcony furniture was very disappointing. There were 2 very low sitting Adirondack chairs, which were “ok”, my older parents struggled to get in & out of them. The main complaint was the other balcony seating. Obviously, you pay for an oceanfront balcony to relax & spend time there. The additional seating was a tiny unstable metal set that was very small, narrow & hit you mid back. . Certainly not anything you wanna hang out in. I have had several beach balconies & ALL had comfortable seating. Inside was much better. The cook top was terrible. One eye would not cook an egg, the other would burn anything on low. After a couple days of burnt bacon, we figured out how to hold the skillet above the surface to hover to cook. Not convenient or desirable AT ALL. The final complaint is no hot water in bath sink. I’m told that will not be fixed but the cooktop has been replaced. Outdoor seating still bad. I feel a discount should have been offered for all the issues.

Pcb mariner east stay

The building was being worked on a lot making renovations which was not supposed to affect our part but it did, we were awaken at 730 am twice in the morning by power tools and workers working on the building. Also there were always several people always out by the pool working with tools so it wasn’t peaceful. There seem to also be a group of people who were always walking around and pretty much watching you the whole time you were outside on the property, which was kind of annoying. I wasn’t clear on the key situation of the washer and dryer being right across from the room and wasn’t explained to me. Also our condo didn’t have an oven which was different. It was a nice place to say but probably won’t stay here again. The location of the condo is not good because there is not alot you can walk to.

Love Love Love

A beautiful little condo in a great location. The view CANT be beaten. The building was under construction so it was a little noisy in the mornings, but the end result is going to be amazing, and this would not deter us from staying again in any way, shape or form. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo!!

We loved staying at Mariner East! It’s on the best, most beautiful, quiet end of Panama City Beach!! The kids loved the pool! The view from the condo was amazing! We’ve also stayed at Mariner West, both are great!! Hope to be back soon!!

Great Location

Right on the beach so access to ocean was excellent. Nice pool, friendly maintenance staff, fast elevator are just a few of the positives that stand out. Kitchen utensils and small appliances could use a refresh. Bed was comfortable but the fitted sheets don’t stay on. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Perfect family condo

We had a wonderful trip to Panama City staying in this condo. The location was far enough away from the crowded areas of the city. It had an amazing view of the ocean from the adorable balcony. The beach was just steps away. The inside was furnished adorably and comfortably. We already can’t wait to come back for another stay.

Will definitely be staying here again!! Check in progress was great. Condo had everything you needed from kitchen essentials to beach toys. Beautiful views. We watched the dolphins every morning. Definitely recommend!!!

Nice and very secluded for PCB

My family really enjoyed staying here, we stayed the first friday night of spring break 2021. We had a beautiful view, spacious bedroom and our kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Our most enjoyed part was the wide space we had on the beach directly out from the condos, we were just far enough down to not deal with all of the craze of PCB.
