New to VRBO! Breathe in the fresh mountain air with 50-mile panoramic views across the Hudson River Valley from this spacious, modern Catskills house. Enjoy group dinners, lounge by the pool, roast s'mores in the fire pit, and hike around the stunning property. This quiet, private retreat is perfect for 1-2 families or a group of friends with 3 large bedrooms, great wi-fi, and an amazing kitchen. Centrally located to all the Hudson Valley has to offer - just 10 mins to Woodstock or Saugerties!

The space
The 2,700sq foot house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Extra large master suite with king bed and 2 oversized queen-bed bedrooms. There's a crib/mattress and separate air mattress for toddlers, and a Snoo bassinet for infants. Bed bumpers for kids, if needed. Mattresses are Room and Board (master) and Leesa (other bedrooms).

Open floorplan on the main floor has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Dedicated game/play, fireplace, and TV areas.

The heart of the house is the kitchen/dining area that looks out at the Hudson Valley, complete with a farm table that can seat 8 people. We encourage guests to make themselves at home and cook with all the amazing food the Hudson Valley has to offer! We can connect you with a private chef, if desired. New stainless steel appliances including a grill and all of the cookware, glassware, and dishes you'll need are provided. There are great farm stands, meat markets, and wine stores in the area.

Outside, you can enjoy the epic views all the way across the valley to the Berkshires from the 1,200 sq ft deck, large yard with fire pit, and pool (new pool installed May 2024). Trailheads to hike up to the top of Plattekill Mountain or to an amazing waterfall are just a couple hundred yards out the front door. The house is near the end of a private road with little car traffic.

Enjoy excellent central air and heating on Nest thermostats, newly renovated bathrooms that are squeaky clean (+soaking tub in master), super fast mesh network wifi throughout, great cell service (hard to find in the area, but we get 5 bars), and a 65" connected Roku TV (+ 37" Roku TV in the master).

Location
Perfect central location in the Hudson River Valley/Catskills region. Walk out the front door and hike up the mountain to enjoy even more epic views than you'll get from the property. Drive 10 minutes to reach the many local restaurants, shops, and galleries of Woodstock and Saugerties. Reach Hunter or Windham Mountains in roughly 30 minutes any time of the year. Hip Kingston and Hudson are just 30 minutes away as well. Cyclists love the area and we are just 15 minutes from the HITS show series.

Guest access
The entire house is available to you, including brand new top of the line GE washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room. You will be able to enter with a Nest keyless entry upon your arrival. We are available to answer all of your questions during your stay via phone or text, and our local co-host can be at the house within a few minutes to address any needs.
