This beautiful, updated home is located right on the Hudson River and a very short distance to great dining in Saugerties, Hudson and Kingston and 2 miles to HITS. The residence has a pool for enjoyment and 3 expansive outdoor patio areas along with an outdoor grill. The property sits on a quiet street with virtually no traffic. Enjoy watching the various vessels on the expansive view of the Hudson River. Kayaking and boat launch available. Relax and enjoy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

You'll find all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer, washing machine, heating, WiFi, iron, and AC. Whether you're exploring the nearby towns of Saugerties, Hudson or Kingston or simply enjoying the fabulous outdoor dining, expansive patio, waterfront deck or pool of the house, you'll feel right at home. The house is located on a very quiet dead-end street with virtually no traffic. Launch your Kayak from the property or your boat from the public boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house.

You will enjoy sitting on the floating deck drinking a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset and watch the boats and ships go by. Swim in the inground pool to cool off. Cook in the gourmet kitchen and relax in front of an 80" TV.

Fully fenced yard for privacy with spectacular Hudson River views. This property will not disappoint!! We will update all exterior photos in the spring once we open the pool. Essentially, the entire yard area has been opened up with a perimeter privacy fence added instead of fencing around the patio areas which blocked views. This project was done in the fall so we do not have summer pictures as of yet showcasing the backyard, patios and pool area.

The Catskill Mountains are easily accessible with plenty of outdoor activities from skiing, tubing and hiking. The town of Hudson is a 20-minute drive and has numerous shops and restaurants to explore. The town of Saugerties is 1.5 miles and has plenty of great restaurants to enjoy. The town of Kingston is less than 20 minutes away and has numerous fabulous restaurants and shopping as well.

The town of Saugerties host HITS each year, and this property is less than 5 minutes from the HITS grounds. Enjoy watching all the barges and vessels float by the house which has expansive unobstructed views of the beautiful Hudson River.

This is a great comfortable house to visit year-round. Cozy electric fireplace available to snuggle up to, a Sony 80-inch TV is great for watching movies, the fall offers great walks to watch the ever-changing explosion of Hudson Valley color and of course enjoy the pool in the summer right on the Hudson River with an expansive deck area. Less than 2 miles to HITS this is a great monthly rental for longer term stays and for long weekends.
