Cozy Beach Codo - steps away from the beach

This Cozy Beach Condo is only steps away from the sands of beautiful St. Augustine Beach. It's a short stroll up the hill to private beach access. Enjoy the sea or enjoy a cool dip in the large community pool. Love outdoor activities? Consider taking surfing lessons or renting bikes for a ride on the beach.

This is a ground floor unit with an assigned parking space located next to the unit. Additional visitor parking spaces are available at the front of the complex. There are steps on the boardwalk which lead to the private beach access. If you prefer to drive, there is vehicle access to the beach just 2 blocks North of the unit. There is a small charge of $10 per vehicle, March 1st through September 30th.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. A queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This cozy beach condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, decorated in soft coastal colors with a nautical flare. The unit has 3 flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) for you to watch a movie (cable and WiFi access are provided). Sip a frosty beverage on the porch adjacent to the living room and enjoy the night breeze. The condo has been beautifully furnished with the goal of making you feel relaxed and helping you unwind.

It's a 15-minute drive to St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Enjoy shopping or fabulous dining in old downtown. On St. George Street you can visit the oldest wooden schoolhouse or take a spooky ghost tour. Visit the old fort, Castillo de San Marcos or set sail on a romantic sunset cruise. Visit the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, climb 219 steps to the top of the 165-foot lighthouse tower for a breathtaking view of St. Augustine and Nation's Oldest Port. From late November through late January, this historic city illuminates with the St. Augustine Nights of Lights.
