This gorgeous newly remodeled 1100 sq. ft. unit is just steps away from boardwalk and ocean located on laid back Crescent Beach. This location is a must for anyone looking for a tranquil relaxing beach vacation. Love beach walks? This is the place for you on soft sand beaches.
Just 20 mins south of downtown St. Augustine. There are many great restaurants close by as well as large grocery stores and shopping.
This unit is a ground level 2BR/2BA flat unit. 1 BR has 1 king bed and 2nd BR has two double beds. Full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Unit has 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are 2 full size heated pools on site, basketball, tennis and shuffleboard court on site.
Living room and master bedroom have their own separate patios that that open onto a large grassy area. A few feet away are 10 steps up to the boardwalk/ocean to ocean. Pools are just a few steps away. There is plenty of self parking and boat parking is allowed.
Absolutely gorgeous sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal.
There are NO PETS ALLOWED. Absolutely NO SMOKING unit. Unit is for 4 people.

My family had such a wonderful time and the condo was perfect! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the essentials needed. The owners were great communicators and very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a family complex this is for you

Pros:The unit itself was recently renovated and is just lovely. Kitchen & appliances top notch. Bathrooms a bit small but all brand new with great water pressure. Master king mattress was perfect for us along with a wide variety of pillow choices.The complex is extremely family friendly and a number of the visitors knew each other making it great for the kids of all ages.Cons:Parking is a nightmare the units need one spot designated per unit. Though we wanted a smaller one floor unit we were unaware that it’s below the majority of the complex which in itself is fine. However do to its placement there is no air so sitting on the patio was too hot. As for the kids, very respectful but we found out the grassy open space outside our unit was where they played so as for privacy there was none. We felt we had to keep the blinds closed most of the time.There was also never a time the pool wasn’t full of children.Unfortunately we as two retired adults we found some of it not to our liking… my fault for sure… I should have asked more questions prior to renting.

Perfect Get Away

Communication with the homeowner was always so helpful and in advance of any need. Directions for praking and for entry into condo were perfect and even the office staff were so accomodating. Condo was modern, super clean, and with easy access to boardwalk and beach. Had every amenity needed. Beach was super quiet considering a holiday weekend.

Perfect Condo for a Family Reunion Getaway!

Our family reunion getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this wonderful condo! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from the beach and conveniently close to downtown. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and generous, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish.The condo itself was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return for our annual reunions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Wonderful getaway

Perfect place, perfect location! Host was incredibly responsive, helpful and generous. Lots of “small” details like dishwasher soap, bathroom soaps/lotions, numerous beach gear and garbage bags provided by host. Those are xtra touches made the trip very pleasurable! Would highly recommend, and when we return to St. Augustine, I hope J5 is available…unless you have already booked it while reading this review.

Vacation Stay

The condo was great for our vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed - even a pizza cutter and ice cream scoop. Keurig and a whole coffee pot on the counter. Toaster and blender in the cabinets. Plenty of beach towels. The beach chairs are very light and can be worn as a backpack for transport. Boards and other beach toys available. From the back porch you can get to the beach by going up the flight of stairs and taking the boardwalk out. It does take two adults to get a wagon up the stairs to the beach. The beverage fridge was awesome for all the water and Gatorade. My spouse enjoyed the recliner in the couch especially after his sunburn because the leather was cooling. The electronic door lock meant no looking for keys. The unit is updated and is beautiful. The complex has heated pools. It was nice to relax in after kayaking at Anastasia State Park. Security does patrol the area, enforce the times posted, and were very nice. Security lighting is at the front and back of the unit. This was the only negative because the outside light illuminated the master bedroom. It was not dark enough for me, but didn't bother my spouse. We enjoyed the location away from the busier part of the island. Our favorite meal was at St. Augustine Fish Camp because they offered whole lion fish. Genung's let the kids fish from the bank. We had a great time.
