Fabuloso loft: ideal para largas escapadas de fin de semana (2-4 personas)

Remodeled Loft Apartment tiene un espacio familiar muy abierto diseñado para alojar a una familia de cinco personas para vacaciones de verano o escapadas de fin de semana durante todo el año. La casa incluye un gran salón con un televisor de 40 pulgadas, comedor, cocina, escalera de caracol al dormitorio del loft con una cama doble y baño completo. La terraza privada incluye asientos para cuatro personas, una mesa de comedor patio y parrilla de carbón para la barbacoa.

The Loft ha sido recientemente remodelado y actualizado para mejorar la comodidad de los huéspedes. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 2-5 personas en la cama de loft y la nueva cama de sofá de la sala de estar. Convenient and relaxing

Very convenient to downtown and beach! Host was wonderful. The yard was private and great for us to bring our dog. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in such a great town. Would highly recommend this property.

Small loft apartment great for two people who had no trouble negotiating the small spiral staircase to the sleeping space. Excellent location three blocks from the terrific Frankfort city Beach.

Love the location! Mattress on sofa bed needs update. Otherwise it was a wonderful place for a short stay and experience what Frankfort has to offer.

Great location, owners are very nice. They helped when our car died. On the second floor bed, there's no space between part of the end and the staircase so wondering if that can be looked at. Would go there again!

In the heart of it all!

This unit was exactly as advertised, but the location was superb!!! An easy walk to the beach even carrying chairs, towels, etc. Right behind one of the ice cream shops and 1/2 block from downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion is to have a broom to clean as you go.

Awesome Location

We love Frankfort and this place was perfectly located. Cozy, clean and private with a deck and fenced in area. It’s off an alley, but if you know this area…the alley’s are a part of Frankfort’s ascetic. Right behind Stormcloud brewery and a short 2 block walk to the beach. You can’t beat it! The host was awesome and answered any questions we had very quickly. I was beyond happy with the this location and professionalism of the host. We’d definitely book this location again.

Fabulous location, enjoyable stay!

The loft apartment was perfect for my husband and me, plus our two bichon frise pups. The location -- just steps away from Main Street and a few blocks to the beach -- is very private and quiet and could not be more convenient. We did a lot of walking throughout the adjoining neighborhood, which is beautiful. The only drawback is the narrow spiral staircase to the loft bedroom, which could be difficult for older people or anyone with a physical disability to navigate. We slept downstairs and were very comfortable. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Wonderful place!

Great location and cozy place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in Frankfort. I do agree with a previous reviewer who stated that the spiral staircase might be difficult for some people to negotiate, especially if they are worried about going down the stairs in the night. But we did not find it to be a problem at all (the photos show exactly what it looks like). The kitchen was well appointed, clean and had what we needed. It is a perfect size for a couple or small family and the location can't be beat. Others have suggested it could be noisy from the activity on the main street but we did not find it to be a problem at all, though visiting in mid-September (absolutely gorgeous weather!) there perhaps are not so many people around the town - it was very quiet. We definitely hope to visit again someday!

Good location

This rental is a good location for going to the Frankfort shops and restaurants. It’s a short walk to the beach to enjoy the lake. I do have to say that we had to be very careful on the spiral stairs to not bump our heads. Same thing in the bedroom upstairs. Getting up if it was dark was a challenge since the bed is right next to the opening for the stairs. The deck was very enjoyable. There was a dehumidifier, a filter and a fan on the first floor that had to be running all the time which made it very noisy. The room air conditioner upstairs kept it cool, but was also very noisy. The bath was interesting, but a bit hard to step into. I would suggest only fit people rent this apartment.

September 3 day weekend

This property is as presented in the listing. The main bedroom is in a loft and you need to go up a tight spiral stair case with low ceilings. Not a problem for us or healthy adults (we are both 65 and older and my wife has had a knee replacement) but could be an issue if you have mobility problems. The upstairs seemed to get pretty warm even when it was cool outside and we had the windows open down stairs so we had to run the air conditioning at night. There are two sliding glass doors with screens and a door with a screen door so we it cools down well downstairs. There is nice large TV. We had issues getting it to work the first day but the owner came out at 10pm on a Friday night from 10 miles away to get it going! Very well equipped kitchen. There were no bed pillows due to COVID but we were warned. It is across an alley from the businesses on Main Street but for the most part there were not noise issues. We were worried about being close to Storm Cloud but it was not an issue, likely because all that traffic is on Main street and you have to go out of your way to get to the alley. The one time we really noticed noise was on Monday morning. I think what was going on was all the trash and dumpsters were being picked up that morning. The loft is a converted garage attached to a house, but is very private with separate deck and entry way and privacy screen between loft deck and house deck. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Place was as advertised and worked pretty well for our family of 4. Location is only a couple blocks to the beach but on an alley. Nice to be able to walk 50 feet to Stormcloud.

This loft is perfect for a get away where once you park the car you don't need to drive for the duration of your stay! (unless of course you want to visit Sleeping Bear Dunes or T.C. or your choice). It was terrific to walk to everything, easy access to all Frankfort has to offer. The loft has a well-equipped kitchen, it is extremely clean and cozy and Denise is terrific! Will definitely book again when we get a chance to get away. MCM

Wonderful place!

Wonderful week with our kids and grandkids in our favorite place! They had the house and we had the loft. Clean, great location in the middle of town and only a couple block to the beach. They thought of everything!! Owners are great!

My family has owned Haugen's Haven for three generations. My father was an architect who designed the Loft for our family of 5 to enjoy Frankfort when the larger home was rented to other guests. The loft has served our family well for many summer vacations and ski weekends.
