Our cottage is always professionally cleaned. Comfortable Cottage sitting on an immaculate beach with the most incredible sunsets. Wide beautiful beach, perfect for volleyball, beach football or long walks east or west. 1950s Vintage Knotty Pine , simple serenity (with air conditioning) 5 total rooms, 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 3 Smart TVs, wi-Fi, AppleTV, Gas Fire-pit, Huge Deck. All you need. Launch your boat or jet ski in town, and anchor it right in front of the cottage. Lake is perfect for fishing or water skiing. My cottage is a very comfortable Michigan cottage not a luxury beach home, please don’t expect that . Please view photos and contact me with questions. We have wonderful reviews.

Great location. Just about 3 miles from downtown Caseville. The house was clean and welcoming. Cupboards stocked with all the cooking utensils, glassware and dishes that you need. Beachfront was the best I have ever seen. Great place for kids to play and adults to just sit and relax. Gas grill was a big plus. Highly recommend this Beachfront Cottage. Best views of the sunset every night.

Cabin is old BUT the beach and view is INCREDIBLE- bonfires on the beach eating s’mores and playing in the water all day ending in BEAUTIFUL sunsets FABULOUS!!! And if you’re lucky like us you even get to see the northern lights!!! Host is outstanding!!

The property is a small cottage on the beach. It had everything we needed. Mark was an excellent host. It is a perfect location and had excellent beach amenities. Outstanding sunsets.

Great location. It was quiet and relaxing. The beach was beautiful and wasn't very rocky. Check in was very easy. I like the keypad entry. We didnt have to worry about keeping a key on us. The outside fridge was nice, too. We did have to wipe the inside of the fridge down first and the island and had to wash dishes, pans, etc before using as they had food left on them. The grill could have been wiped down, too. Overall, it could have been a little cleaner, but it didn't ruin our stay by any means. Mark was a great host and it didn't take us long to miss our morning coffee lake view (or all day lake view) :)

Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year!

Loved the great yard space with cozy outdoor furniture and fire pit! Great deck area too. Perfect location for both sunrises and sunsets and great beach for walking too. We made great family memories. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and floating pad. Mark was a great host and easy to communicate with. Diane

Nice Beach Getaway

This is a nice place to stay if you like being right on the water. We really enjoyed the beach and our grandkids could enjoy the water as it’s shallow and there is a sandbar out front.

Beautiful property

My family and I loved the property. It was so beautiful, plenty of beds and beach towels. The kids had a blast with the paddle-board, canoes and water pad. The only suggestion I have is to bring some folding beach chairs for down by the fire pit/ beach. Wonderful stay!

Private beach

The location on the water and ability to walk out the back door and onto your own beach area is the selling feature of this stay. Also, the dog was allowed and she had a blast napping by the water and playing ball. Mark was very responsive to all needs.

Amazing little cottage

I really liked this little cottage on the Lake. When I say on the lake, I mean right up on the lake. Just a mere 6 steps down and you are on the beach. Mark, the host was overly accommodating and always checking in to make sure we were taken care of. 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10. The only downfall is if you had that many people there is only a single bathroom. But if you are looking for a small get-away with a few friends or family, this is your place. The kitchen was almost too supplied with dishes and cookware, it had a grill, full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and 2 separate coffee makers. The back porch is beautiful with a sitting area, table and chairs, and then a sitting area in the yard. Both areas have a gas fueled fireplace. You can lounge in the chairs or the hammock and he even had some kayaks and SUP to use. We didn’t get to utilize most of the outdoor stuff because it rained and was windy all weekend. But that is okay, it was a quiet getaway that was very well needed. 10 out of 10 will come back to this same place in the future.

Great view and a great host!

This is a great property with an amazing view! Mark is fantastic and very communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed and even offered for us to stay later than the normal check out time. The neighbors are so great and you can even use the kayak or the paddle board out on the water. The inside is very clean and outdoor seating is very convenient, comfortable, and great for sunset views. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a lovely cottage!!! The manager was very nice and very prompt in responding. I have only 3 suggestions: the black house numbers are very difficult to see against the dark lattice-perhaps having white numbers would really help. I would also suggest a reading lamp by each bed for guests that read before going to sleep. Lastly, I would suggests instructions on how to use the televisions. I was unable to get the T.V. to work in the room with the couch and has great difficulty with the T.V. in the bedroom I slept in. Instructions are really needed. In spite of that, the place is great. The kitchen has a wonderful supply of dishes, etc. Great place!! I would recommend this house!!

Great fall getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather cooperated, and we walked the beach, went into town and lazied around the cabin. a great get away! The host was so nice to us, we appreciate that! and our dog loved it!!

Lakeside Weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cottage was exactly as advertised-the lakefront location and view were just what we wanted. Our group of 5 adults was very comfortable. Mark was easy to reach and very responsive. I would love to stay here again!

Great Weekend Get Away!

Mark was a wonderful host! The house was clean and tidy, and he made sure that we had everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway. The beach and beach items were so much fun to use and helped make the weekend great!
