Beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom apartment. You will feel like you stepped into the Lap of Luxury with this Apartment. A rare find on vrbo and looking for guests who will enjoy this apartment like their own home.

Clean and beautifully decorated with a bright and warm feel. Large shower with multiple settings and the bathroom that is comfortable for four. You will feel right at home with everything you needed. Cook our own breakfast and have coffee on our darling private patio right off the living room. The Condo is on the ground floor, easy access. The gated community is safe and comes with your own covered parking spot. This condo is easy to get in and out. It is also just a short walk to the pool, which also has comfortable lounge chairs to rest on and enjoy the warm Las Vegas weather.

Pool and Fitness Center are open to guests!

Clean and Quiet

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo worked well for my husband, my mom and myself. Very close to Las Vegas Blvd. Condo was more than adequate for our needs. Nice to have the additional amenities if you have time to use them.

Awesome!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The directions and communications are superb. We did not have any problems so far. The condo is clean, well-organized and orderly. It is really a home away from home!

Great place to stay

My two sisters and I stayed here for a girls trip. The home was exactly what we were looking for. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and is in a gated, safe complex. We didn’t rent a car so appreciated that there is a grocery store within walking distance, a little less than a mile away. It is about a 15 minute drive to get to the strip, downtown, and the airport. The property manager was very responsive whenever we reached out. For example, the coffee pot must have been broken by a previous guest, but they got one ordered and delivered to us by the next day. The pool and hot tub were nice also. We had a great stay and recommend this rental.

Totally Fine

Everything about the place was fine. Clean, functional furniture, good location, easy to access, good air conditioning, easy and good unit parking, washer/dryer worked,... the only issue we had was that the unit above made a lot of noise and that was frustrating. Nothing the VRBO owner could do and it wasn't terrible, but if had a baby or something, I would not have been happy as the noise would have kept them up / woken them up. I am not even sure they were making that much noise - the construction quality was just not great.

Review

The location was exactly as described and great for us to have a place to stay during our daughter’s softball tournament. The only issue we had was the code provided to check in didn’t work and after driving 6 hrs, was not how we wanted to start the stay. We messaged and waited 20 minutes standing outside. I called the number and the host was apologetic and sent a new code. Communication after that was excellent.

Great stay but two problems

We enjoyed staying in this condo/apartment. With two couples each having their own bedroom and their own bathroom, it was just right for our weekend stay for the NFR. We liked the gated entry for people to get vehicles into the complex, and we liked that 2 parking spaces were set up in advance. However when we got to the door of the apartment, the electronic door lock did not work which caused a slight delay getting in. In addition, our bed sheets did not appear to have been washed from the last renter. We washed the sheets ourselves with the provided machines and soap but this is why we rated cleanliness so low.
