Charming, beautifully maintained, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, Cape style home nestled in the wonderful town of East Dennis, Cape Cod!
This quaint and spacious home is located less than 1 mile from Sea Street Beach, Cold Storage Beach, as well as the private Quivett Neck resident only beaches. Crowe’s Pasture is only 1/2 mile away, which provides incredible hiking trails, breath taking views, and access to off-road beaches.

This home is equipped with all the amenities, including nice furnishings, brand new appliances, and antique Cape Cod touches throughout the home. Lovely trees provide privacy on this charming lot, which has a beautifully maintained green lawn and bright flowers. There is even two patios for relaxing and entertaining. And Large outdoor shower! You are sure to fall in love and cherish this vacation property, and have the ultimate Cape Cod experience!

Great Place For Family

This was a great place. Host was super responsive. Note that it is not central air...two large wall units that do their best. Would stay here again.

Nice home and location

Home was nice and location was central. Owner was communicative and responded quickly to any hiccups. Biggest observation was the AC situation was not ideal in this home. Although it was some of the hottest days of the year, they either need more window units or don’t advertise as having AC. Overall would stay again.

Perfect for our week in Dennis

My family booked a four night stay at Jeanette’s house and we had a great time! The house is very spacious and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We had 3 children and four adults and it was very comfortable. You can tell it’s a family home which made made it even more comfortable! The yard and fire pit were a great bonus to be able to have dinners and s’mores outside at night. The location was also perfect we got a couple great beach days at Mayflower, less than a 10 minute drive. Special shout-out to Jeanette being such a great and considerate host. She was so quick on communication! We would definitely book again.
