The house had everything we needed and everyone was extremely comfortable. The only thing was the basement doesn’t have AC, so I would be aware of this in the summer months. Overall, would stay again!

Lovely stay in Southampton!

A group of friends and I stayed for a long weekend in June and had a fabulous time. We particularly loved the tennis courts, pool, and proximity to the beach! The house was well stocked with anything you could need and we would definitely rent again

Fantastic house for week in the Hamptons

Fantastic stay at this house. Location was perfect for trips to town or the many beaches. The pool and outdoor space was terrific. House was very comfortable. Kevin was a super responsive host and very easy-going. It all made for a very relaxed and enjoyable vacation!

Incredible stay with lovely amenities

We had an absolute blast with our close friends during the week of the Fourth of July! Clean property with a pool and fully equipped kitchen - what more could you ask for? We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Cute convenient escape

This house had everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. We loved lounging by the pool, cooking in the kitchen, and grilling. The bed/room situation is unconventional (multiple beds per room) but great for families or a group of friends who don't mind sharing. It was super quick to get to town, the train station, and the beach. And the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.

Loved it!

My husband and I wanted a nice spot to relax with our 13 month old and this was it! Lots of space for all to play and the pool out back was lovely. Everything was well kept and clean, just as the listing said. Kevin was great as well. Just a short drive to the beach and to town. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Amazing house! Better than I could have imagined.

Perfect for 11 girls, we had so much space and everyone has their own place to sleep. The pool is amazing and easy to warm to the temperature you want. The one downside is we were unable to connect to the WiFi despite the owners responsiveness to our concerns via phone and email while there . Would definitely recommend.

Exactly as advertised.

Nice spacious house (even the days we had 10 people it never felt cramped) in a convenient location. Quick access of rt39 made for decreased commutiong time. Quick ride (not really walkable) to town and the LIRR station. 10-15 minute ride from Coopers Beach. House was in good shape, and had all the essentials (In Ground Pool & Grill; roome to eat indoors) Owner was very responsive. Internet went down and he had Optimum there ASAP which was important as one family member was working from home. Wasn't dissappointed with the bang for the buck.

Summer Family Experience

The house was very nice with comfortable and spacious rooms. The great room, I.e.,kitchen, dining and living room, was a plus. There were some concerns, however. The wall functioning as a guardrail between the upstairs and downstairs great room is too low and very risky for young active children. The basement which is nicely finished has no air conditioning.There were fans, but you couldn’t open the windows because the screens didn’t fit. With a three hour torrential downpour the basement became flooded and required professional attention. The pool was a positive although the surrounding woodworking needs updating.

Good House

The house is exactly as pictured which made us very happy. During our stay we did not have any issues with the home. The only complaint we had was that the deck around the pool could have used some updating, we found all the rusty nails that were popping out as well as the warped wood decking to be a hazard to children and adults. Additionally it would have been great if the pool was heated. The rooms were fairly comfortable, the mattress on the bed in the room with the bunk beds was not comfortable but all the other rooms were very comfortable and there were no complaints about them. The house is in a great location, close to town and the beach. A beach pass should have been provided according to some local neighbors we spoke with but that did not hinder our experience at all. We chose to go to cooper beach and it was worth the price of parking. Laundry was in the basement which was pretty creepy so we just chose to save our laundry doing until we got home. If youre looking for a comfortable stay this is definitely a good choice, it is not however luxurious.

Perfect Hamptons Getaway!

Couldn't have asked for a better spot for our week long getaway to the Hamptons! Pictures don't do this place justice - the house is spacious and has everything you could need and more. The pool was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The peaceful neighborhood yet close proximity to town make this spot a true gem! Kevin was extremely responsive and a great host. Hoping to return again next year!

2nd summer at this house

2nd summer at this house . Kevin is an excellent host . The kitchen is stocked with any utensils you could ever want including tons of dishes , bowls, trays and the list goes on and on . My family and I loved the pool and barbecued many times. Loved every minute and hope to return next summer .

Enjoyable vacation

Wonderful house and great location. Property manager very helpful. Grandchildren particularly enjoyed the tennis court access and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Family Retrear

Our first Vrbo rental and it was a pleasant surprise. Fully equipped house - the kitchen had everything you could wish for, there were plenty of beds, towels and all the comforts of home. The heated pool was perfect and the location was ideal. Close to all conveniences and a lovely neighborhood to walk in and the community tennis courts are steps away. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and we would definitely rent there again.

We purchased this home due to the fact that it is close to the Village of Southampton. Beaches, Shopping, Entertainment, Restaurants are minutes away. Development has well maintained Tennis Court each owner has KEY, Easy access to rest of Hamptons Towns and Villages. The home boasts an open entertaining floor plan for guest and parties, deck extends entertaining outside with wraparound deck from livingroom to first floor bedroom off bedroom(easy access to pool).
