Nice house and setting.

While we enjoyed the house and property, it seems clear that they were not ready for us. There were workmen in the house, debris outside, and the house required dusting and vacuuming -- which we provided. We understand this was off season, but not quite what we would have expected. But again, our overall experience was favorable.

Family Retreat

We stayed at Michael's home during the wedding of my daughter. This home has a wonderful setting overlooking horses and a stable, with a pool and peaceful setting. We were comfortably 6 people and used the house to prepare for the wedding with make-up artists and hair stylists. It set up so well for the wedding day. It is modern but cozy with plenty of room and each bedroom sets up for privacy. We would return without reservation. Michael, as a host, was very helpful in the month prior to the wedding and available during our entire weekend.

Great spot for a long weekend

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was spacious and comfortable - and the mini horses on the adjacent property were an adorable bonus!

Everything was so amazing from the booking process to the actually trip. It was perfect.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. The owner was so kind and very helpful. The house was so spacious and beautiful it was the perfect stay. Our favorite part was being able to see the horses and ponies from the back yard everyday. I would highly recommend this home!

Convenient Home

Had everything we needed and was in a great location with a beautiful horse farm in the back. The kitchen and great room are where we spent most of our time, which was great. The bathrooms are in need of updating, but everything else was perfect.

Perfect Family Getaway

My extended family escaped to Michael's house for a week in May. The layout of the house was perfect for our party, which included two families with young children and grandparents. We lucked out with weather so we were able to enjoy the pool, backyard and grill quite a bit. There is a horse farm adjacent to the property and the kids enjoyed waving to the horses from a distance. The house is proximate to grocery stores, pharmacies, Southampton downtown area, etc. Any questions were addressed immediately and Michael could not have been a nicer host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at the property. Michael was very communicative and made the whole process simple and easy! The house is clean with nice bedrooms and a great backyard. Would definitely recommend.

Girls Weekend (Bachelorette) Great Place to Stay!

We came to the Hamptons for a bachelorette party- the house was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable for everyone. The pool was also beautiful and we enjoyed lounging on the patio. Michael provided great customer service as he was extremely responsive to all questions and also provided great recommendations for places to eat in the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to be back in the future!!

Beautiful, Clean Home with Great Pool

We have been going to the Hamptons for years, first as a couple and now as a family. We wanted to rent a place that was big enough for our family and our friends, that had a pool and had modern amenities. This house fit the bill and we will definitely be renting it again.

Amazing stay

This was a wonderful trip, everything about our stay was incredible. The price for the house and the location was phenomenal. As soon as you open the door the house gives off a welcoming feeling with it's numerous bedrooms and a hangout room with a billiard table in the basement. Also the view with horses galloping in the distance was amicable. The owner Mike was a pleasure with his very quick responses. I immensely recommend staying here, I know I will.

Great home, cozy, cute, close to many activities

This was the second time booking this home. The location is amazing. We went for a wine tour and the house was a 10min drive from so many attractions and wineries. The home is so cozy with 6 bedrooms that all felt like masters. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The area is so peaceful. The owner is extremely caring and accommodating. Highly recommended

Amazing experience

Wow. What a great experience. We had a reunion with 10 people. The house was huge with 6 bedrooms and additional room in the basement if necessary, which also has a billiards table. Kitchen is beautiful with amazing views of nearby ranch. It was awesome eating breakfast and watching horses run in the distance. Are was extremely tranquil but had so many activities within a 10minute drive, including restaurants and ice skating. Best of all was the owner Mike. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely hospitable and easy to reach and quick to respond with any needs we had. A real pleasure to work with. We will be back this spring for sure! Highly recommended. Also really nice bed sets and comforters. :)

Wonderful Escape with large extended family

We had a wonderful time with grandparents, siblings and several grandchildren. The house was comfortable, well stocked and great for all 14 of us! We can't wait to organize another reunion next year... We had a most pleasant stay...lots of spaces for cousins to hang out and siblings to catch up and to have some quiet time on you own. Close to the ocean and town. Bonus was the heated pool making swimming in late September possible... The owners were very responsive and helpful with tips about the area and the house.

Incredible haven just a couple hours from the city!!

I have lived in NYC for 17 years and have spent many summers and weekends visiting the Hamptons. I never stuck with one favorite place to stay as I was always left wanting more...until now. My family has rented this house on three different occasions and each stay seems to get better! From the moment you walk through the front door you feel your stress just melting away. The house has a gorgeous pool to enjoy while the weather is warm enough and a beautiful fireplace in the great room to warm up by after apple picking and farmers market hunting in the fall/winter months. I love to cook, so the kitchen is one of my favorite spots in the house. I also can't get enough of the early mornings looking outside at the horses just beyond the backyard...it's truly idyllic. Each of the 6 bedrooms sleeps multiple people and with five bathrooms, there is never a wait for showers. Dealing with the owners is always easy. It is obvious they take pride in and love their home. This last trip we realized our kids were the same age, so they were full of suggestions for fun things we could do with kids our boys age. I would highly recommend this property as a rental. I am already plotting and scheming my next trip out to the Hamptons. I miss this house and haven't been gone a week!!

Fantastic Weekend

The house was perfect for a long weekend in the Hamptons! We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was spacious (2 dishwashers was a plus). The backyard was perfect, weather was great and got to hang around the pool. Mike was available for any questions at any time of the day.

Great house for family and friends reunion/gettogether

This beautiful house was spacious with a number of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family and friends get together. The kids and pet had a lot of fun in the large backyard...should visit during summer to take advantage of the swimming pool in the backyard (is the only regret). Close to grocery store, beach and restaurants. The owners are really great/friendly and understanding as we had caused damages during our stay.

Wonderful family trip!

I rented this property for a family trip and was pleased with the experience. The home is very spacious in a peaceful neighborhood. The backyard is great with a beautiful pool and views of the horse farm. We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the horses running around and playing in the fields. The property is centrally located which made it nice and convenient when we took day trips into various other areas of the Hamptons. The owner was great and very quick in getting back to questions when I had them. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone taking a trip to the Hamptons!

Great Rental for Family Gatherings

Our family rented this property for my Brother-in-laws wedding week and were very happy with this rental. The home comfortably slept all 14 people with room to spare. There were also 2 dish washers and 2 refrigerators which made life a little easier. The pool and lawn is well maintained and each morning you wake up to horses running in the feilds behind the home. The location is ideal with convinent drives to Southampton, Water Mill, Sag Harbor, and Bridgehampton without ever getting on 27. I would recommend this property to large groups and families.

A summer vacation to remember!

We have long heard about the Hamptons as an amazing summer destination and wanted to bring the family out to enjoy the beach and the country scenery. We wanted to find a house that was big enough for our family but also to accommodate friends as well. This house didn't disappoint, swimming pool, game room with a pool table ... and plenty of space for us to stretch out. When we weren't at the beach or going to the various cool spots and towns, the house was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. All creature comforts yet with a very beachy, rustic vibe ... we even used the fireplace one cool evening and it was awesome. The owner was super nice and gave us some great tips for getting around and was very attentive to our needs. Definitely going to rent this property again. Our kids are still talking about it! A+++ rental.
