Equipped with all the comforts of home, essentials include a full kitchen (with dishwasher), central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. Take in the views from the private balcony or unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Guests will also enjoy access to an on-site pool and shared hot tub.

The white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from this home. Enjoy spending time building sandcastles and watching for stingrays and dolphins! Head just over five miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island- it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is a quick drive from the condo.

While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful view but lacks comforts for rate

Beautiful view, good layout but mattresses, linens and TVs need updated. Kitchen has only the very basic items and make sure you bring beach chairs, umbrella and any beach toys you want. We travel frequently and for the money would have expected more.

Recent Vacation

Great location. This condo has went down hill. We rented here 2023 everything was great. But in one year a lot of issues. Too many to list. Owners need to do some serious repairs. Ceiling fan, box springs in one bedroom, clean the dryer vent once in a while. Had a fire safety check during our stay. If they would have seen what I pulled out of the vent hose and the wall they would have evacuated the building!!!! You pay a lot to rent these condos. They should be clean. Well maintained and safe.

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay! Condo is clean. The decor had a coastal vibe. The views were sensational! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating to eat as a family and utensils for cooking. Pool was fun for the kids. The beaxh was a couple steps a aways from the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice condo on a high floor with all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing vacation or getaway. Spectacular ocean front views and sugar sand beaches nice for walking or just hanging out.

Not the best

Honestly it could have been better. To start we thought there were 2 queen beds and 1 king, but when we arrived we learned that one of the queen beds is just a queen headboard with full sized mattress and box spring. We ended up having to go buy an air mattress. There is no closet in the master bedroom and there isn’t a dresser. We had to leave all of our clothes packed up which was a big inconvenience. The tub in the master bath was dirty and wouldn’t drain, and there was mold in the master shower. The washer had mold all around the opening and the dishwasher fell out of the area it was supposed to be housed in. Oh and we fought for three days with the air conditioner. We would set it to 70 and 20 min later it would go up to 78 and we would wake up in the middle of the night with it on 86! I had to google a way to set it to 70 and finally found out the issue. Also, do not expect to find beach toys, chairs, or any extras for your family to do. The location is great and the beach was beautiful.

Great location and lots of space

We enjoyed the condo and the location. Easy to get around town - close to everything! Beach access was super simple and condo was nicely laid out. Very happy with the choice.

Great Rental

We enjoyed everything about our rental. Very clean, up to date, well stocked and comfortable beds. We had plenty of room with 5 guest and the location was perfect.

Just WOW!

We had the best week staying at this beautiful beach front condo. It was roomy, clean, had everything we needed plus close to all the fun out on the beach. Views of Sunrise & Sunset from Balcony were amazing! Will share- Parking was tricky especially at night, that lot fills up fast! Be mindful when planning your day out. And just a suggestion to owners. Grab bars in showers would be great help. (Maybe a small dustbuster too! That Florida sand! Lol!) But what a wonderful week... thank you for the memories. We would definatly come back & stay w you! 👍🏻

Best location and so very clean

Loved this Condo. Very clean and convenient to everything. Smelled brand new and and staff was very accommodating Only suggestions would be to have a dust pan so we could sweep up the sand, but there was a shop vac for that. Plus, would suggest curtains for living room to shield the morning sun for our “couch” guests. Other than that, y’all provided EVERYTHING we needed. Loved it and WILL be staying here again!
