Desert Hideaway<br>New spacious custom home

This brand new custom home is perfect for family or group stays. There is plenty of room to spread out with multiple outdoor living areas, a cozy main level family room plus large family/theater room with 80" tv, surround sound and wet bar. The large kitchen is fully stocked for preparing all your meals with dining room seating for 6 plus 4 at the breakfast bar. The house has outdoor games to enjoy in the yard while grilling dinner or relaxing in the hot tub or outdoor shower.

I am available at any time to assist guests.

The neighborhood, also known as Spanish Valley, is located 9 miles south of downtown Moab & 12 miles south of Arches National Park. We are located in a rural area with access to many trails and in between Arches & Canyonlands. The property is close to town but far enough out to enjoy the quiet and escape the busy atmosphere of down town. Your view of the night sky is exceptional as are views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Canyon Rim.
*Please lock all exterior doors, close windows and garage door when leaving the house or checking out. Please leave doors closed while at the property to prevent insects and mice from getting into the house.
*Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the house or inside the garage under any circumstances.
*This home does NOT allow pets with exception of certified service animals of which must be approved prior to your arrival. If pets are found on the property, the guest will be charged additional cleaning fees and for any damage and be asked to leave without refund.
*Please obey all traffic rules. San Juan County allows off road vehicles on local streets, however speed limits and other traffic rules apply. Please be aware that motor vehicles not licensed as "street legal" are not allowed on US HWY 191 or on Grand County streets. This is a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH and we ask that you respect neighboring properties and stay on market trails and roads at all time. Please make yourself aware of special licensing to operate an off road vehicle required by the state of Utah regardless of a standard driver's license.
*We understand you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am out of respect for the neighbors. Please turn off exterior lights when not in use; at bedtime.
*Please keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub at all times when not in use to prevent it from blowing away or dirt and other debris from getting into the hot tub.
*Please shower before entering the hot tub and use only hot tub towels provided.
*We understand that hot tub water can get cloudy after a few days use. If at anytime during your stay, you find that the hot tub needs cleaning, please let us know. We will be happy to fill the water, replace and/or sanitize filters and/or treat water chemically as needed.
*Please do not leave any linens or towels or other items belonging to the property outside.
*The owner of this home has provided thoughtful amenities with guests in mind. We know accidents happen and if you break or damage something please let us know so that we can repair or replace it for you or future guests. If something is found broken or damaged out of neglectful behavior on your part, you will be asked to replace or pay for repairs.
*This property does not allow parties, events or gatherings of persons not registered and approved as guests of the property.

The house was wonderful. The living spaces and bedrooms were comfortable: large spaces, TVs in every bedroom, two living areas (up and downstairs). The kitchen/dining table fit 8-10 ppl. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Amenities like body wash, shampoo, and laundry and dish detergent were provided as well as throw blankets, and bath/spa towels. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, and basic pantry items like flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, etc. We had no trouble finding the place and the keypad entry made it easy to access the house. The fire pit and hot tub were appreciated amenities as well and there is an outdoor shower that could be helpful in the summer months.Some things that are nice to know are that there is a paved road leading to the house which requires a short roundabout way of getting there and a more efficient road leading there that is unpaved but packed dirt so easy enough to drive on with an SUV. Also, there are a few houses all in the same style that are all next to each other which didn't bother us because most were empty but could be a concern in the high season if you are hanging outside and have loud neighbors. The keypad on the door gave us some problems (kept entering the code slowly and correctly, but lock would not unlock) but ultimately we always were able to open the door. The master bathroom was open concept to the master bedroom (no door) but toilet/shower were not directly visible from bed (but smell travels).

What can I say? The house was perfect. Super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of great spaces to hang out inside and out. We brought our RZRs to play in Moab. We were able to drive from the house to the following trailsSteel BenderBehind the RocksThe dunesMetal MasherI was worried about it being outside of town, but it turned out to be perfect for us! Plus the hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding. Looking forward to our next stay.

Almost Perfect

Kitchen was excellently stocked, beds very comfortable, could use upgrade of furniture in sitting area upstairs, and another chair or sectional downstairs but overall, great place to stay and worked well for our group of 8 adults.

Great house, not so great neighborhood

House was great - new, clean, spacious. Unfortunately, it is located in an area close to a body shop, construction company etc. so lots of trucks coming and going, sand and other building materials laying around.

Amazing house and location

This house is amazing! It is especially perfect for multi- generational stay, with two living rooms and a big kitchen with all amenities to cook meals. Big dining table to enjoy family meals. We played a game that was in the house, perfect for the whole family. Gorgeous views and the hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. Close to Moab. The owners were quick to communicate and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.

House is nice. New property. Not fond of the master(no doors between the bedroom and bath or toilet). Had everything we needed. No instructions on tvs. I’m not really tech savvy so would have been nice to know how to get local news etc.

Desert Hideaway Revealed

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Very quiet and secluded from the town. Perfect for a day of exploring the National Parks then relaxing at home. The house was Brand New and had all the comforts of home. The kids loved playing in the yard and hot tub while we BBQ dinner. I would highly recommed this desert hideaway for anyone wanting to see the natural beauties of these parks. Thanks for the great stay!

The outdoor living spaces include 2 covered patios, a covered balcony and patio with trellis with outdoor shower and hot tub. Outdoor seating & dining area and barbeque grill. Guests are able to park in the extra large 2 car garage.

Beautiful outdoor living areas to view the stars, sit around the fire pit or enjoy soaking in the hot tub. An outdoor shower, barbeque and covered patio make the outside enjoyable. The interior has plenty of room to gather as a group or separate into the 2 living areas to enjoy a movie on the 80" TV with surround sound or sit and read. 4 bedrooms include plenty of space for everyone to have their own area.
