This Seapalm island Oceanedge villa is a 4800sqft 5bd 5.5 bath has grand views of the oceanfront from your own private heated pool and hotub, outdoor dinning area, bbq grill and multiple patio decks.

Inside you will find Bali inspired architechture with floor to ceiling window views of the ocean as well. Ample living room and dining room area to entertain guests.

Each bedroom also comes with its own in suite bathroom as well.

Our villa is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the villa and property. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No Pets. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed.

Guest Access:

Private man made road access connects the keys to our island. Its a small road so easy to miss.

Beach and Kayak launch area is only shared with one other house

Please let us know if bringing boat or needing boat dock access.

There is lots of parking spots under carport and uncovered.

Elevator/Fireplace and surround sound system not for use in the house.

Please let us know if special event or would like us to know about and will make sure to arrange!

EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

What a house and what a trip! We could not have asked for a better spot. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked. Owners were very responsive during the entire stay….. not that we really needed anything! We had 11 people celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. We used the kayaks and paddle boards, went fishing, caught lobsters, and hung out in the shady side of the pool most days. We had a private chef who came recommended by the owner and I’m still thinking about the meal a week later. Book her! It’s close enough to restaurants but made you feel secluded while at the house. We stayed in the master and WHAT A VIEW TO WAKE UP TO! This is the house to book for a guaranteed great time. Identical house right next door and already thinking about booking both!

We rented this house and the house next door to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. Everything was amazing. Bedrooms are large, house is clean, pool area is perfect to hang out. The views are incredible. We cooked every meal while we were there using the kitchen and the grill and had no issues. We kayaked a lot! It is pretty shallow and you could probably walk all the way out past the point. The kids fished from the kayaks 90% of the time. Saw nurse sharks (small), tarpon, parrot fish, needle fish, bone fish, snapper. Only negative was the sargassum, but nothing you can do about that this time of year and it didn't negatively affect our vacation. Book this place, you won't regret it!

Keys Vacation

We stayed at this property and had a wonderful time! The property is just as you see it on here. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool, hot tub, and paddle boarding! Very close by is a restaurant called SS wreck which had delicious food and amazing key lime pie. We really loved the atmosphere and food at Sparky’s Landing which is just a little before Marathon. We also had a very nice dinner at Angler and Ale which is just a couple minutes from the house. If you have a big group, i definitely recommend this home for location, great amenities and spacious kitchen.

Great house. Nice amenities- peaceful and secluded. However no beach access from house. Nearest beach is Sombrero beach which is very nice.

Beautiful home, pool, patios and view. House was truly equipped with everything you need for a stress free stay- right down to bathrobes in the master bathroom,every small appliance in the kitchen and wonderful coffee station.

Great place to stay, Recommend 100%. Will try to return. The master bedroom no longer has a fireplace. The view was better without it in the way. Maybe remove the picture with it in there.

Great Long Weekend

Our stay was over a long weekend (Thursday - Sunday). The house is well maintained and beautiful. It is in a great location with easy access to Marathon. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the views! Highly recommend!

Couple Therapy

What an amazing place. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house was better than advertised with all the necessities including a well tooled kitchen. The view, the kayaking, the pool was more than we had hoped. The weekend was about getting away from the stress of our everyday lives and all we can say is mission accomplished and finding Gisele's home was the missing ingredient. Check in was easy, the house, bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean. We enjoyed Kayaking, swimming and cook some amazing meals. The dock nearby was perfect for the boat we rented for 3 of the days. Fishing, snorkeling and a day trip for lunch to a great restaurant on the back side made this a special trip for us. Check out was just as easy. Gisele and her team are great hosts and we would definitely come back.

Below zero back home!!!

This property was outstanding. Classy decoration. The kitchen was great for cooking for the entire family. Home is St Louis where we had a blizzard and sub zero temps. We were very dissapointed the hot tub and pool was not working most of the trip but the host made good with a discount. He was a tiny bit slow on response to email messages duri.g that time. Overall..we would returnfor more fun.!

Great Location but could use some work

1. My daughter cut her foot on missing tiles on the pool. This caused a deep cut. I worry about future renters such as young children or older adults with underlying health issues that this could affect in a more serious way. The missing tiles are an existing issue that the property maintenance person knew about. 2. The water draining from the pool causing the pump to turn off and not reset. We had to spend time making sure the pool was filled throughout the day with the garden hose. Another issue the property maintenance was aware of. 3. On departure day the cleaning crew arrived at 9 am and started cleaning at 9:10. Per rental contract the check out time was 10 am and we should have had privacy and access to the property until that time. She was emptying trash before were were done cleaning and her child/children were using the pool area for squirt guns etc. The property has gorgeous views and a wonderful location along with some truly convenient features (ice machine, the stocked kitchen was the best I’ve seen in a rental and the furniture and cleanliness were top notch). I did contact property owner what I would be posting for my review prior to posting this but had no response. There were a few other mild (normal rental property wear and tear) issues that the owner handled in a very timely manner. Overall, if pool issue is fixed, it’s a great property but we would not stay here again as we think for the price we could find something else.

Beautiful ocean view

This was a wonderful place. Very nice home with high end finishes. Beautiful views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. It was a great way to wake up and enjoy coffee before heading out for the day. The pool, patio, and beach area with kayaks were wonderful bonuses. I could not have asked for a better place to relax and catch up with old friends. Amazing!

Family Memorial Weekend

Our family enjoyed both of these beautifully appointed houses. They were both clean and spacious with lovely pools and other great amenities. We had our own little slice of the Florida Keys. It was the perfect spot for us.

Spectacular View!

We had a wonderful time during our stay and loved the house. It is big and roomy enough for everyone. The kitchen is fantastic! Obviously the best feature of the house is the spectacular views, no matter where you are you over look the waters and can see for miles! We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It is exactly as pictured! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Paradise Island

The house was exactly as pictured, beautiful location easy to access either Islamorada or Marathon. Also equipped to just stay home and dine in. Teens had a great time with plenty of activities right on the key.

Paradise

Family Summer vacation 2023. We have booked through VRBO for many years. As our family grows, we need a bigger place for everyone. This home was perfect for 4 couples and 2 kids. The property was just as listed. It was immaculately cleaned for our arrival. The property manager was easy to reach and work with. The views, interior details, and outdoor area did not disappoint. Lots of privacy and quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Sensational Sea Views

Our extended family of 10 (grandparents + 2 families of 4) loved every minute of our stay! Upon arrival we determined there was no reason to leave and look for more activities to entertain the kids (19, 15, 12, 8). They stayed busy fishing off the dock (caught mangrove snapper for dinner and a large barracuda), kayaking the mangroves looking for shells and bouys, and cooling off in the pool. Nice that you can use the patio, pool and spa even during a rainshower. There was plenty of room for us to gather in the kitchen and sit around the dining table together for meals. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was perfect for our large group and my parents felt like royalty in the spacious and luxurious master suite (gorgeous sunset views). The elevator was very helpful for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Closest grocery store was about 20 minutes away in either direction. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return again in the future!

Great Home on the Water
