Grill up some summer fare on the gas grill out on the patio and enjoy alfresco dining at the picnic table. The patio also features an outdoor shower for rinsing-off after a day at the beach or a swim in the on-site pool, located just steps from the front door. Additional complex amenities include tennis courts.

The second-floor primary bedroom has an en suite bath and private balcony for sunbathing or stargazing. The other two bedrooms and additional full bath are also located on the second floor, while a half-bath is conveniently located by the kitchen on the first floor. For added convenience, a private full-size washer and dryer is available so you can pack lightly for your stay while staying fresh for any occasion. Additional essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
