OCE1422L - More beach to yourself when you have PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS available. Oceanside 2 bedroom on the ground level, eat in kitchen, Florida room, parking for 2 cars, air conditioning, wifi, small pets considered - rent BOTH for 4 total bedrooms! No badges required to access private beach. Note: beach is not lifeguarded.

Upper unit property id OCE1422U - if you have a larger family or friends also looking to book!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Nice location, friendly

This was a good location with easy access to the beach, short walk to Jenkinson's and a few restaurants, etc. The pictures make it seem as though this house is situated on the beach, but it's closer to the road and you need to walk past the owners house to get to the beach (still not public, but shared by owner, along with any other guests of theirs).

Yes its 1 door off beach but it is still private beach, no roads to cross etc - hope you had a great time and we hope to see you again soon!

country cottage

Well-equipped home in a quiet location, perfect for those who want to be able to walk to the beach. Only concern is the mattress in the main bedroom which is against the wall and hard to navigate. Owners are responsive and the rest of the house is very comfortable.
