Oceanside 2 bedroom on the ground level, eat in kitchen, Florida room, parking for 2 cars, air conditioning, wifi, small pets considered - rent BOTH for 4 total bedrooms! No badges required to access private beach. Note: beach is not lifeguarded.
Upper unit property id OCE1422U - if you have a larger family or friends also looking to book!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
