Penny's Beach Retreat - Beachfront Condo with awesome views from every room!

Fountain Beach Resort 301 offers a fantastic location, with awesome views!

The bedroom has two brand new amazingly comfortable mattresses and bed linens. With one king and one queen size bed, the room still has plenty of space. A dresser, closet with full length mirror, nightstand, large screen tv and a private balcony.

You will enjoy the awesome views from every seat in the house! There is a small kitchen, with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The dining room table seats 4 and is a nice area to work remotely, while enjoying that peaceful view. A large variety of games and tv channels are available for a relaxing night in, enjoying each other's company. A second private balcony just off the living area looks over the pool and beach. A great place for morning coffee to watch the sunrise or a nightcap in the evening for sunset views.

You will want to take full advantage of the seasonally heated pool, hot tub live music/ DJ and tiki bar just outside your door. Shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk, live concerts, dancing and a fishing pier are just a short beach walk away.

If you like to venture out during your stay, you may want to visit the following:
Daytona International Speedway (10 min drive and lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby)
The Boardwalk with a theater, live concerts, restaurants and shopping (5 min drive or a 15 min walk on the beach)
Kennedy Space Center (1 hour drive)
Disneyworld (1 hour and 20 min drive)
Climb the Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet (22 min drive)
Or just hang out, relax and unwind at the World's Most Famous Beach just steps outside your door.

Host was quick to respond , room was wonderful, view can be seen through every window ! Sitting area with the two swivel chairs and table is worth the whole room . We didn’t need a thing she dotted every eye .. Best owner and room so far . We will for sure stay here again .

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower is amazing with extremely great water pressure! The location can't be beat. We would definitely love to stay here again. The views from either window and both balconies are spectacular.

Amazing condo

The condo is so nice and very clean. The owner Penny was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it. It’s in a very convenient location and right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again!!!

My family had a great time at this property and it was exactly like the pictures. We were able to get comfortable during our stay and enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the water every day. We had no problem with check-in and check-out; the staff was polite and helpful. Next time we come to Daytona we hope to stay here.

Penny's property was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and well organized. She even provided cleaning and personal hygiene products. There were small blankets throughout the condo to keep warm on chilly nights on the sofa. Overall, we were very pleased with the views from the windows and balcony. We were right by the pool as well. We loved this place and will definitely book again.

Perfect beach house!!

Penny thought of everything! From the coffee pods and creamer to the bathroom supplies. The location was perfect, right on the beach with a great tiki bar. The condo was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Whenever I had a question, Penny responded quickly. We will definitely stay at here again!!

Nice place by the beach

Great location with nice views of the beach and ocean! All the necessary things were provided.Building is old and outdated like I guess most of the hotels in the area. Hallway and elevator seemed little sketchy.The condo itself seems to be somewhat remodeled and was definitely much nicer than the first expression of the building gave out.Had hard time getting a parking spot at the end of the evening.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and it was far better than we ever expected!! Beautiful setup and great vibe! Amazing views and perfect walking distance to Main St, which was our destination!!! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location

Location and view was fantastic. The rooms were much larger than I anticipated with two balconies both ocean facing. Had everything you should need for a great stay. Would most definitely stay there again without hesitation!!

Wonderful!!

The condo was a perfect location! Every morning you could see the sunrise if you were laying in bed, sitting in living room or out on any of the balconies. Penny was great and super nice to work with . We just left and already planning to go back . Thank you Penny!

Thanksgiving weekend

This is the fourth year that we have stayed at the Fountain and the first year renting this unit. We had a great view and the unit was very neat and clean. We had everything we could possibly need and a lot of thought was put into decorating.

Penny’s Perfection

Penny’s condo was incredible and even more than we were expecting. She planned for everything from beach chairs to wine glasses and everything in between. Her communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Nice getaway

The unit was well equipped and spacious with a wonderful ocean view. The host was accessible and easy to work with. The location is very walkable. Our only issue was that this unit is located within a hotel, and although hot tub rules are posted, there were unattended kids jumping in and out of the hot tub constantly. When we brought it to the attention of the pool attendant, he said he had asked a kid to leave for unruly behavior and got told by the hotel management not to do that anymore after the mother complained. Overall, it is a four star experience if you aren’t counting on an adult hot tub, because there are no rules at this place (not the fault of the host, but due to the fact that the condo is located in a public hotel with poor oversight).

Amazing Beachfront Condo

This is an amazing condo! We have stayed in a lot of condos, and this one was the best by far. Penny has thought of everything you might need. She provides beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a coffee bar! The location is amazing- both the propery location and the beach front condo with amazing views from the 2 balconies. There is a fun Tiki bar on site with great food and the pool and hot tub are so nice. Within walking distance to several restaurants. She provides everything you might need if you are coming in from out of town and its wonderful! I will stay here again when we come back to Daytona Beach!

Best room ever

This was by far one of the cleanest and nicest condos we have ever stayed. She had coffee stocked for me, along with plenty of extra blankets and towels. The only thing we needed to buy was food and laundry detergent. Everything else was provided! The room overlooked the pool and beach and had incredible views. I will stay here again.

Perfect spot.

Beautiful views of pool and ocean. Tiki bar had great pizza. The condo is so cozy , this is a lovely place and we will definitely go back! Basically no driving necessary. Nice relaxing weekend!

Grandma's Paradise Spring break.

Condo had amazing views. Relaxing at all times. Steps to the ocean and pool. Easy access. My three grandsons loved it. A great place to vacation with a mixture of ages that attend there. Young people, teenagers, older people and lots of grandparents.
