The Blue Gable Downtown CDA. Hot Tub, Home Theater, Game Room, 2 King Beds!

The Blue Gable is centrally located in the Garden District with a 5 minute walk to downtown Coeur d’Alene and McEuen Park, and 1/2 walk to City Beach. Sleeps 10 comfortably in beds plus a pull out bed for an 11th, and kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishware. The entertainment room is loads of fun with a home theater, arcade basketball, Pac-Man (with lots of other arcade games), foosball, board games, and a popcorn machine! The yard has a hot tub for 5, a gas BBQ, a separate fully fenced dog run, fire pit, and yard games! You will never be bored while staying at the Blue Gable!

We will definitely be back! The property was amazing and you can tell they go above and beyond in so many areas! Including the communication if anything was needed the responce was always super fast!The basement is so much fun you can spend days down there, same with the hot tub. The gas fireplace is so nice to relax by. The house is so amazingnin many ways. The location is so perfect also you can get to downtown driving or walking. The area has so much charm and the lake was fun to visit especially with the kights and fireworks.

The Blue Gable was everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our stay, it was very clean, kitchen was equipped with all you need as well, beds were comfortable everyone slept great, close to downtown, it is definitely pet friendly even though we did not bring ours, fenced backyard, the location was great! We went to Silverwood while we were there, it was a doable 20 to 30 minute drive. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay! Will definitely stay again!

We loved our first stay so much we wanted to stay again! This is such a well thought out rental, from the snacks upon arrival to the fully stocked house with games, hot tub, and comfortable rooms. There is so much space.we have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this has to be in the top 3 if not number 1. Our family

Great location, easy walking distance to downtown, the lake, and all the things that make Coeur d’Alene great. House is cute, clean, and well-appointed.

Silverwood trip

This is the second time we stayed at this property and we enjoyed it both times. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners are super responsive to questions. This is a great location for our Silverwood trip. The house has a variety of rooms to accommodate our group.

Family Reunion

Unique property within walking distance to downtown CDA. Private backyard for morning and evening gatherings. Downstairs game room (basketball, foosball, movies and popcorn) was a great evening. Easy drive to biking trails and the lake.

Fantastic experience

This house has so much useable space,l. It exceeded expectations. When arrived they had so many welcoming perks, like coffee, water and snacks, it was wonderful after a long drive. We used the outside area a lot! The owner was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location

The Blue Gable was perfect for my family. Plenty of room for everyone with lots of great little touches (we made pancakes almost every day). When we were in the house, the kids spent more time in the movie/game room than anywhere else. And when we went out, the location was spot on - just a short walk to the lake. At night the hot tub was great for relaxing. Oh, and it was really hot when we were there and the AC worked wonderfully.

Iron Man Coeur d’Alene housing

We rented the house to have a home base right near the start finish area for the IRONMAN. It was perfect! The house was clean, spacious, well stocked. The thoughtful extras like snacks, and coffee were a treat. The basement movie theater was perfect for recovery.

The Blue Gable Downtown

The Blue Gable Downtown was perfect for my group that consisted of (4) individuals sleeping in separate beds. You have about a 3 minute walk to downtown Coeur d' Alene and 6-7 minute walk to the Resort. We had friends staying at the resort, and downtown is right in the middle between the resort and the house. There is plenty of parking on the street and enough room to park a couple vehicles in the alley on the back side. The hot tub was perfect after a long day golfing. The back yard is setup for about 10-14 guests if needed. Lots of gaming options for kids inside and outside to keep them busy. The Blue Gable Downtown House had everything needed for cooking in the kitchen and was well stocked with supplies. My group had (4) in it. Keep in mind, this is a (3) bedroom with a semi-private area with a bed at the top of the stairs. The bathroom upstairs and the second one downstairs worked out well for my group. If you are looking for a clean, wonderful house close to downtown with charm and fun activities, look no further. The owners of this property were easy to work with and kept us updated every step.
