Sea Club II is a unique condominium and cottage resort on beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, it is just steps away from the “World Famous Whitest Finest Sand” of Siesta Key Beach.

Set on almost four acres of palm, oak and banyan trees, Sea Club II offers a calm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of Old Florida. Check into a 2 bedroom ground floor condo with terrace and be only steps away from the famous Siesta Key beach. This condo is set in the perfect location between the beach and the bay! Soak up the sun at the heated pool, enjoy the tiki bar, or try your luck fishing on the pier, all while viewing the boats and birds on the intercoastal! Included is private deeded beach access that is just an easy 5 min walk. Hop on the free trolley right outside your door to go to Siesta Key Village with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. 3 TVS including a 75" TV in the open floor plan living room and kitchen. Boat slips are available up to 24'.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Walking across the street to the beach was so convenient and appreciated over having to use the public beach. The walk is about 1/4 mile in all to the water, which wasn't any issue and took about 10 minutes with a wagon. Mark was very accommodating and responsive. I'd definitely stay again!

Great location

Mark's place was perfect for my family. The location was great, easy acess to the beach and trolley. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely stay at Mark's place again when we come to the area.

Perfect week!

Absolutely loved the convenience of the pool and closeness to the beach! Grounds were well kept and our space was clean and nice. I wouldnt change a single thing!

Mark communicated quickly and concisely with all instructions and approval. Listing was accurate. The kitchen is completely stocked with any gadget you may need. The wagon was wonderful for bringing items to the beach. The walk to the beach never took too long, and sitting on the docks was beautiful in the evening.

Everything was perfect!! The condo was very clean and every time I text Mark he always replied right away. Loved that there was a wagon and all the beach stuff. And we loved how close we were to the Siesta Key village. We never had to leave a 2 mile radius. We will 100% be back. It was our favorite vacation ever, from the condo, pool and how close we were to the beach. Everything is so beautiful.

this condo is adorable! very clean and well kept. the pictures that are currently on here don't do it justice because it has been updated since the previous hurricane season and it's been beautifully done, which was a nice surprise. My family and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the pool was wonderful. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it is a flat walk in the area of the beach that we had access to, is private so it's not too crowded. if Mark had any other properties we'd love to book with him again, including this one.

Good place for the family

The unit was very nice and clean and was well equipped with most of what we needed. You do need to cross the road to get to the beach, which isn't horrible, but depending on the day it may add a few extra minutes to your walk. My only knock on the place, which isn't the owner's fault, is the on-premises laundry room was not operational, so that meant we had to waste a morning driving into town to take care of our laundry so that we had enough to make it through the week. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Peaceful Vacation Getaway

We enjoyed the heated pool and private beach access. Mornings sitting by the inter coastal were the perfect start to each day as we watched boats and dolphins. And the patio was a nice place to relax during the day.

Girls weekend

This condo was just what we needed for our trip. Nothing fancy, but just enough. Walking distance to the beach with private access was perfect so we didnt have to fight the crowd at the public access. The pool was also great! The instructions left in the condo about where things were located couldve been a little more clear but over all a great trip.

Sea Club 2 was terrific!

The location of the property was ideal, easily accessible to both bay and Gulf / beach. The pictures online, don’t do the pool area justice. We’ll miss this lovely oasis a lot. Loved the heated pool temp. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Owner was very responsive. Comfortable living area, well stocked kitchen. Wi-Fi and cell reception did not always seem to be consistent, which could be an issue if you need to stay in touch with work, but maybe this is an island issue generally. Overall we would happily stay here again.
