Compass Cove 144 at Big Fish Rentals. Fantastic one bedroom that was just renovated. Condo has 2 queen beds, beach view, low level, and NO STEPS! Ocean views from the living room, kitchen area, and balcony on the first level. The kitchen and bathroom of this unit have granite countertops and are well designed. Two queen beds with enough for four people. Easy stroll to dining options, mini-golf, shopping, and entertainment in Myrtle Beach! Savor the ocean view; this condo is ideal for extended stays by couples or weekend trips! granite worktops and an LCD TV are upgrades. This resort has a ton of amenities, including three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, two indoor and outdoor pools, a large kid-friendly fun activity pool area, and more! Fantastic condo in a wonderful resort!

This beachside resort has a ton of amenities. Oceanfront pools, a large pool deck with social areas, whirlpools both indoors and outside, and a lazy river ride are among the features. indoor swimming pools. Interactive splash and play area for kids. AND FREE WIFI, THE BEST OF ALL!

Ideally situated near Family Kingdom Amusement Park, with only a short distance to the beach. Market Common, IMAX Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the area's well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

Quick trip

We went down for a quick weekend trip. My only complaint is that even tho you get access to the pools you DONT get access to the water slides. Our stay accomplished what we set out for…relaxation and reset.

A nice budget friendly condo

The condo was perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed having access to all the pools and the location was very convenient.

Disappointed

Stains, blood on the walls, mold everywhere, maintenance came in to clean up mold and left an industrial fan in the middle of the room and to top it off woke up to a roach crawling on us. Ended up, leaving early due to feeling sick.

Enjoyed this room for me and my two girls!

The property does not face the beach but the beaches access road is right outside the sliding door. The beach is like 20 steps from this room. It’s on the first floor which was great for accessibility. We were in and out of the room a lot. The beds aren’t very big. My 16 and 17 yr old girls shared a bed and they were okay in it. They are both thin though. If my husband came, we wouldn’t have been able to sleep together comfortably. The property manager was very kind and prompt. Compass Cove is a great resort. You have access to the whole resort from this room as well so that’s a big plus!

We were not able to get the door access bracelets from the front desk so we had to walk around to get in our room so that sucked but other than that it was good

Family trip

The room was basic but had everything we needed considering we only used it for sleeping and showering. The gate on the balcony was so convenient and directly beside the beach access. It was also nice to be close enough so that we could go in and out of the room throughout the day as needed. The splash play areas were a favorite for the kids.,Julie was very quick to respond to texts answering any questions. The only suggestion I have is that the carpet needs replaced with a more sanitary surface, otherwise everything else was clean.

Got there and almost hole building it's vacant.every apartment was getting remodeled.very very noisy all day.Got there and wanted to take a shower but tub was clogged.had to have someone fix it.at night roaches coming out from behind fridge.i couldn't take it and decided to leave.lost a day of stay and would not refund any money.save the bad experience and go somewhere else

Do not book

This place is in terrible condition compared to the pics and the stovetop and oven do not work, if you can even get the oven door open. Because it scrapes the adjacent wall trim. Nonetheless it won’t turn on. The microwave appears to have survived submersion as does the wall trim and ceiling, which may cave in at any minute. I reported everything to no avail and no assistance so we checked out early. They claimed not to receive emailed and texts of pics so here they are!

Great Location, grimy place.

Great location with lots of pools and amenities, but this room was very grimy and had to request a second clean upon arrival to get it to an “ok” cleanliness. It worked well for my husband and kids but wouldn’t recommend to share with another family because it was very small. Overall probably won’t come back.

My stay was decent. The room had gnats which indicate it had not been cleaned in awhile. There was loud banging on top of my ceiling for two mornings and afternoons of my stay. The furniture and appliances were antiquated and out dated and this entire suite seriously needs an upgrade. t was not the worst place I have stayed and it was nice to be a few feet from the beach. It just needs more work on the upkeep. As well as I had called and asked for towels and for my trash t be taken out and absolutely no one came.

It was very nasty. We never received any clean towels. Beds were not comfortable at all. We are Westgate’s owner, and this is been the worst trip ever.

It was filthy

The condo was so dirty. There were gnats flying. Well under the trash bag I do not think the can had ever been cleaned. Food and just gross. Sunflower seeds all around edges of beds. We do not do sunflower seeds. We did contact Big Fish. It was so filthy

Do not stay here!!!

First of all prior to our stay we asked if there was any hurricane damage because a hurricane had come through about 2 weeks prior to our stay and the host said no. When we got there the carpet was wet we couldn’t even sit our bags on floor. There were tons of instructions like don’t stain the comforters o and there were already stains on both of them. The floors had not been vacuumed at all and vacuum cleaner did not work. There were roaches that came out at night. Intimately we left early because we felt staying in this environment with such high humidity and breathing in mold and mildew was a hazard to our health. I asked for partial refund of just one night and at first was told twice that she was checking with her team until I asked how long that would take them was asked why I wanted the refund. STAY Away From this property!

I like that the beach was right out the back door. The price was pretty good. The property was dirty the walkways were littered with things like condom wrappers, the inside of the room was dirty, the floors and bottom of the walls were discolored, there were moldy spots, there were lots of things that needed repaired. I didn't see any bugs though so thats good. The fan area in the kitchen was disgusting. The bottom drawer of the stove didn't work, it had a variety of dishes, it needed a smaller frying pan and spatula though. I left a spatula there for the next guest and bought a small frying pan for my use while i was there, the stove is small and it had a nice skillet but it was too big for the stove. The sucaepan needed to be replaced. It definitely needed a lot of work. It was very convenient to the beach and a short drive to everything else. The concierge lady at the front, Pam was amazing, she was very friendly and personable. The property owner was very quick to communicate with any concerns I had.

A great available unit in a fantastic resort! Compass Cove offers so many fun activities and amenities for guests, who are welcome to enjoy any amenity available at one of the three buildings comprising the resort, including a large kiddie fun activity pool area, three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, and more! Low floor (no steps to this condo!) and well-updated with granite countertops, and more!
