Welcome to sunny Florida! Get ready to relax and have a wonderful time at our amazing beaches and lovely downtown! We are just a few blocks from Downtown Dunedin and all the food and breweries there. We're a block off the water's edge. Just 4 blocks from the Pinellas Trail, a great walking and bike path! We have 2 bikes for you to use any time!

Our place is all freshly done up, it's a great 1930's home but you have all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen and all accessories to do any cooking if you wish. Washer and Dryer just below the apartment. I hope you have a great time in our beautiful town!

Loved our Stay!

This property was exactly as advertised! It was very clean, well equipped, charming and cozy. Location was convenient to the Dunedin Main Street area, Pinellas Trail and ocean. The property owners made sure that our stay was pleasant and that we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Bday getaway

Our experience since the moment I inquired about this stay, the owner's were by far, the best communicators I've experienced. The moment we arrived they went the extra mile with so many extra special touches. A wonderful personalized note, special glasses, treats and even bday wine! The unit is exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. There are so many different areas to explore in town and wonderful places to eat. No matter what your looking for, this rental and the owners won't disappoint! Enjoy! Thank you again Colin and Angela. We will see you again, Jim & Tammy

Lovely apartment situated near the water. It's possible to walk to the Bay and catch some great sunsets. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to bike trail and downtown Dunedin. Thoughtful hosts. Nice amenities. Perfect for relaxing and/or exploring the area. We look forward to returning.

PERFECT

Loved everything about this rental. Angela and Colin are incredible. The loving details they put into their rental go above and beyond. They even put half and half in the refrigerator for morning coffee!!!! They were quick to respond to anything we asked about. Bikes are available and beach chairs, etc. . We got a great recommendation for a Greek restaurant in Tarpon Springs. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed a short walk on the Pinellas Trail into Dunedin which is such a cute town to explore. Everything was perfect about this rental!!

Great Stay in a little slice of Heaven

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful stay here. The property was private, clean, super cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is hard to beat! A short, nice walk along the water over to downtown Dunedin which has tons of shops and restaurants- we did this often :) You could enjoy a nice bike ride also as 2 were provided for us. We thoroughly enjoyed biking on the Pinellas trail. Overall we had a great 3+ week stay. Colin & Angela were so warm and welcoming- they were the best hosts and always striving to make us feel as at home and comfortable as possible. Anyone who stays with them is in great hands. Thank you for hosting us, we can’t wait to come back :)

Antique 50s charm simply but stylishly decorated with old Hollywood Glam

Felt part of original Dunedin, not suped up with all the mocha vinyl flooring, stainless steel apiances, and granite counters see everywhere these days. Felt more like my childhood memories of beech stays. Loved it! Able to walk everywhere with bonus of scenery everywhere, be it the Gulf, Pinellas Trail, or the super cute downtown Dunedin with its harbir views, historic train station museum, local shops, artisans. and restaurants. Super great hosts, unobtrusive, yet available at moments notice if any concerns, or needs. W/D and the cruiser Bikes soooo appreciated! Hosts literally thought of EVERYTHING you would need or graciously provided if something was needed...

My Name is Colin, I'm an artist from California that now has been living in Florida for many years. Angela was a hairstylist for over a decade out west but now we run our own company out here.
We have a great place on a quiet street that's close to everything we need. Angela is my partner of over a decade, we love hosting people and have done so on other sites for over 5 years. We love taking care of people and making sure they have a great place to stay!

It's a great property to host people. You are completely separate and have your own space to hang out in. It's very close to downtown and the brewery scene. The Blue Jays spring training field is just 3-4 blocks away. We're a short drive to Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island. 30 minutes from Tampa and all the attractions there!
